We have tried this location several times and keep hoping it will improve but the food is just not as good as other locations in the area. I went yesterday and the fries were not completely cooked and I couldn’t finish my burger for fear that it was undercooked as well. The fries are always bits and pieces of fries and never a whole container of fresh well cooked fries. The wait time in the line yesterday was 15mins! People were driving off.

This Hazel Green location has become my favorite Whataburger in the area, and a big reason why is the outstanding service. The cashier (I wish I’d caught his name but he was wearing a hat) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had great conversational skills and made the whole ordering experience enjoyable, keeping things friendly and engaging. What really impressed me was his knowledge of the menu; he was incredibly helpful in explaining different items and making recommendations. It’s rare to find someone who’s both personable and knowledgeable, and it made a real difference in my visit. If you’re choosing between Whataburger locations, this is definitely the one to hit!

Food was good and served quickly. The girl who took our order wasn't completely focused and didn't get the special order right, but it was still good. Be sure if getting the free kids meal in a Wednesday that they get the coupon in correctly. Manager corrected it which was awesome
Ok, I’m from Texas and I’m usually disappointed that other states don’t hold the same standard, but this Whataburger was great! Just like Corpus Christi. The service was great too, the guy at the window was nice and I got my free veterans coffee which tastes great. If you love Whataburger then go here, they take pride in the preparation and service. 😋🤤

Patrick ran to let me. No other customers. Patrick ran past me and apologized for scooting past me. Said he had to so he could take my order. (Ok) Patrick handed me my cup and receipt. I turned to get my drink and Patrick was right behind me. Patrick said he would bring me ketchup. I thought the visit would never end. Started to eat my chicken meal. Too much cartilage in all 3. Couldnt eat. Left and won't be back.
