Our family of 3 ate at a whataburger, and we loved it. I would say the onion rings rivals sonics onion rings. The burgers were awesome, like a burger should be.
Well asked to add mayo and ketchup and the burger was swimming in it worse than McDonald’s ruined what was probably a good burger

I was a first timer tonight. The food took me back 30 yrs when I used to work at Sumner's restaurant on the Main Square in Fayetteville. The burgers tasted great. The fries were good. Even the cheese on our burgers tasted 100% cheese. Everything blended just perfectly but I could taste each individually. In a word where everything is just thrown together, it good to get in the "way back machine."

Food is great, although a bit pricey. My primary issue is that I don't remember a single time they have got my order correct.
I don't have any crazy orders. For example, last night I ordered a chicken finger sandwich meal, and a patty melt. They got the chicken sandwich meal, but left out the patty melt, that I also paid for....
I love going here because they are open 24/7. I am a restaurant manager with 0 free time and this is the only place I can get a late night snack after I get off.
I came to the comment section just to see who could give this place less than 5 stars. Yes, it was my first time trying Whataburger. Yes, their were only two or three people working that morning at about 2:15 am. Yes, I was behind two other vehicles. Yes, there were only two or three people working. Yes, the service was slow. Yes, the young lady who was at the pickup window was very apologetic. Yes, she tried to explain the situation. Was l in a hurry? Absolutely not. This place is amazing! Not the franchise. Not the company. Not the name. I'm talking about this particular location and the staff of two or three people who were working at around 2 am on the early morning of October 26, 2024. It all started with the guy who took my order and suggested I try their Number 1 combo with cheese. I'm a first timer as there are no Whataburger restaurants in Euclid, Ohio. The young lady I encountered at the drive-thru window, made it a priority to inform me of them being short staffed, but as mentioned earlier, I wasn't in a hurry. My meal tasted everything but short staffed. Everything was hot, fresh, and amazingly delicious! The young lady who was at the window is from somewhere in Texas that begins with a "C". The young man who was working, wears dreadlocks and said he was from Nashville. If there was anyone else working, I didn't see or hear them. Whoever worked that night were definitely crossing their T's and dotting their I'm as they did an outstanding job. The food tasted like food and not a short staffed excuse. If I could give them six out of five stars if I would. Will I ever visit Whataburger again? Yes. However, I'll only eat Whataburger at this location, and nowhere else. That means my next visit will happen the next time I visit Fayetteville, Tennessee from Euclid, Ohio. To the staff who worked on the date I mentioned earlier, you all are amazing and I pray that you're all recognized and acknowledged for a job that was better than well done. I'm not going to say anyone deserves raises or promotions. They were just doing their jobs and giving their best efforts under the circumstances. What I will say, is, I would definitely build that particular location around whoever was working in that moment. I love those guys and I hope to see at least one of them my next time around.
