Kid-friendliness: The young man that brought us out our meal was very kind. My daughter talked with him and introduced us, and he was totally cool with it, and spent a moment talking with her. It made her day.
I ordered the 9 piece wing meal and they were fresh. My fries could have been hot, but hey I guess it's fast food. The Dr. Pepper shake was excellent.

I had the breakfast burger which was great. I walked into a restaurant that had no other customers yet still did not greeted upon entering. I had to order from a kiosk which is fine. The only interaction I had with anyone was them giving me my bag of food yet still no words were said. It was honestly shocking how my entire time there, nobody said anything to me.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place lacks attention to detail. Most of the times I have came in here the employees don’t seem to care most of them look slouchy shirts untucked always. I have only seen a few managers actually care about there job. A bigger guy manager is normally seen joking and playing around with the employees in the lobby. My food is always either cold or messed up because cashiers don’t pay attention to detail I don’t even waste my time calling because they don’t care. Most of them are there for a check. I’ve only seen a few people actually work and do their job. I just wouldn’t waste your time stopping here especially on night shift. I came in one morning and it was only one employee in the building and it was a manager I believe the name tag said ELI. He seemed overwhelmed to be doing everything on his own. For this to be a store it just doesn’t seem professional at all and I hope the owners do something soon or this place might not last. This place was good the first couple weeks and has definitely gone down hill. Seeing less managers and less employees something is definitely going on in the store. I don’t think imma waste anymore time here every time I go it’s worst.
We were really hoping to enjoy the new Hazel Green whataburger location and were excited to try it based on other reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The young lady at the drive through window was friendly so no issues with the service at all. We visited at night time around 9:30 ish and after placing our order for 4 combo meals, we were asked to pull up to wait for our order. No issues, we just assumed our food was being made fresh. We get our food maybe 5or 6 mins later, get home...fries cold, burgers sloppily put together and my wife was the only one that ordered chicken, they gave her the oldest chicken sandwich patty I've ever seen lol. We spent almost 50$ on dinner here and we just weren't impressed at all. Unsure If we would try visiting again.

Our experience was less than satisfactory due to our food being cold when we received it. Our fries weren't even lukewarm, and the cheese on the burgers wasn't melted even though it was between the two burger patties. The front staff were very friendly and attentive to our order when we ordered. If the food had come out hot, we would have had a wonderful experience.
