Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I love zaxbys and this one is pretty decent all the staff is young kids and they’re very sweet. My only complaint is WHY does the manager make these poor kids stand out in this heat to take orders and make payments. I would rather wait an extra few minutes than force them to stand out in the almost 100° weather to take my order. I think the manager should go stand outside and take orders for a day, then decide if they want to continue forcing the kids to do it

Floors are WAY too slick. Putting out wet floor signs because they use the wrong floor cleaner isn’t helping anything. I hope someone doesn’t slip and fall and break their back.

Not only did my girlfriend and I wait like 12 minutes for fries, but they didn't make them properly. They just threw two small, full, bacon strips on them and immediately closed the window after us receiving the food. There isn't even much sauce on it, it looks like the cook didn't even try.

This visit was disappointing. I got something I usually get, the 3 nibblers, and also tried the new lemon pepper wings. First, the nibblers had the tiniest tenders ever for all 3. They were comprised of mostly batter and very little meat. Second, the buns were hard as a rock, tasted funny, and I actually didn't eat them. On to the wings meal. The majority of the fries were burnt and tasted like the ones left in the fry oil after pulling out the basket and serving. The flavor of the wings were decent and better than expected. The wings themselves, however, 4 out of 5 were burnt with 2 of them(drums) not even having a decent bite of meat on them. I'll be optimistic and say I'll try the wings again one more time soon in hopes it was just a bad day for them.

This is a super cool franchise, with amazing chicken and fries! It was a hard choice between the plain chicken, or using Zaxbys' dipping sauce! Even the Texas toast was good dipped in the sauce! Amazing company on this occasion made the experience even better! If you are in one of the lucky states where there is a Zaxbys... do not think about trying it... just get in there!

They need to wear hair nets. I found a hair in my food n the plate looked like it had been dropped in the floor.

Food is good but for 30 bucks my fingers shouldn't be this small

Zaxby’s is generally pretty good I buy from there a couple of times a month and tonight my food was cold when they brought it to the car. She offered to fix it again as I had been outside waiting several minutes. I regret telling her I’d appreciate that because all she did was put it in the microwave a few seconds making the food rubbery and tough to eat. The worst we’ve ever gotten there might not eat there anymore.

Always the best chicken no matter what you order. 🍟 Fries 🍟 are hot fresh. Chicken is good. Zalads are delicious. Wish they bring back thousand Island dressing.
Besides that always clean 😜 and nice customers service they bring your tray out for you.
