Hey, I go to Zaxby's a lot, at least a few times a week. The food is always great, but the employees there never have a smile on their faces and are rude. From personal experience working at Zaxby's and my current fast food job, I have always gotten compliments about how I always have a smile on my face and how it’s hard to get that these days. So, I'm writing this review hoping that this issue would change because no one wants to order from someone that’s just in a bad mood, not even wanting to smile to serve their customers. Most of the time, they have attitudes.

I don't like to complain at any place, but after my last few visits here where things were wrong I need to. The food tastes great, the staff seem nice. The problem is that the small details are wrong. No silverware sometimes, no sauces another time, outright wrong item on others. For two straight visits, I ordered a great 8 meal. I got a boneless wings meal. Paid for 8 wings, only got 5. No sauce on top of that. Lately it's been this way. If you choose to go here, DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU'VE CHECKED YOUR BAG.

Ordered on the app. Food was good and service was fast how you want fast food places to be. Wish all places had kind employees and fast service like this.

I got home to see that my order was a complete mess. I hate to complain ever but I decided to return to the store and see what my options were. I didn't get the managers name but she was so kind! She remade all of my food without hesitation. KEEP HER!!! And give her a raise. ❤️ excellent customer service and that's so hard to find these days.

I used the app today to order 2 chicken finger plates. I opted for a drive thru pick up. The staff was very friendly and provided my order as quickly as possible. It is the quality of the food that was very disappointing. Zaxby's has always had quality portions for the price. But today when we opened up our chicken finger boxes, the fingers were tiny slivers of meat. For $11-12 for a plate, you would expect decent sized pieces of meat. They were over cooked, dry, and very salty. I also requested extra seasoning on the fries and it appeared that only one fry in each of our boxes had been given any seasoning. My daughter has to add salt to her fries. We have been long time fans of Zaxby's and enjoyed buying the family size order of chickens strips. But if we had received the size portions that we got today in a family order it wouldn't have been enough to feed our family.

We don't eat at Zaxby's a lot. But the last few times we've been to this location the food is cold and undercooked. The service is always great though. The young people that work there are unlike most others that work in customer service. They're very sweet and respectful! I can totally appreciate that! I wish the employees in the back could get the food right though. Last time we ate there, my husband and I both felt nauseated all day. ? Please get it together. The fries were the worst. It's like they were just poured into the fry basket and left to sit and defrost. It costs too much to eat there for that quality of food. Sorry guys.

The workers and the cleanliness of the restaurant was up to par to me while the quality of the chicken was not. I know that we may never get the same quality in fast food restaurants that we had before the pandemic while the chicken tenders are getting closer and closer to the size of chicken nuggets! I remember when I could not finish the six tender meal and now it does not fill me up due to how much smaller the tenders are. Which is a win for the restaurant because now I am ordering either an appetizer or dessert with my order now to leave satisfied.

The girl named diamond was very nice and helped me with my order. She was kind, thoughtful, and caring when I didn’t know what to order. She recommended me the loaded fries. I will be coming here agaib

I had made up in my mind that I was not going back to zaxby's, but my wife asked to go. I asked for Buffalo garlic wings.I got buffalo wings. The wings had to be precooked because there was way too fast and they will cook hard as a rock. Things were not always this way. I don't understand a new change. Yeah, sets COVID, a lot of fast food places have gotten really REALLY bad ! A this is one of them in my opinion.
