I always DoorDash the first time they screwed up my order. So today 12/30 I DoorDash again and they still couldn’t get the order right. I had no plans on cooking but since my baby didn’t get her nugget meal. Oh well. I won’t be ordering from Burger King anymore

This was a horrible experience!! On Wednesday evening 11/27/24 at about 5:40pm ordered the number 1 value meal. Upon requesting no cheese, no onions or mayo at window guy smartly replies” you don’t get cheese unless you ask for it” very sarcastic. I explain nicely well I have experienced things not made correctly before that is why I was making sure order was correct. I get order and leave, I park to eat and while eating sandwich as pictures show below, while chewing fill a type of lump of something in my mouth and realized was not suppose to be on the sandwich!! So disgusting, immediately called my husband and he in return called police to file a complaint and pics were sent to Headland police department so they were made aware. I did not return to Burger King for refund because I was so heated it would not have ended nice for me at all. Thank God I chose peace. I advise if you consider eating there please check your food or don’t eat there period!!!These people working in fast food now don’t care and have no character.

Lazy employees can't even get an order right the first time. Wait times are atrocious even if you're the only one in line. Everyone acts like it's a chore to do their job. Won't be back. ❤️

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. No one came to the speaker or window. They don't close for another 40 minutes. Don't bother coming here. There's a reason their reviews are crap.

Terrible customer service. Employee claiming to be the manager is very rude. The health department score is a 86. Very nasty floor. When you call the corporate office to complain no one answers. No Bk I will not be back!

Not a good experience at all. They all saw me come in and everything and nobody waited on me. One of the managers had to come from out of the back to help me which I did not think was right when there was six people right there in front and then the food when I got it was not good. Was not a happy camper
