I’ve never experienced being treated so disrespectfully at a business establishment before. I’m literally stunned right now. We just went through the drive through, Fri. Sept. 19 at 12:30pm. I don’t know who the person was who was working the drive though, but she is a black woman with a pony tail. She handed my husband a drink and then she went off the handle accusing him of snatching it from her hand. We were both dumbfounded. She called him ‘Boy’ and told him not to be snatching anything from her hand again. She continued to scold him and heckle him for several minutes. My husband is the kind of person that goes out of his way to be courteous and respectful to everyone and he would never have done anything to upset this person, so that it made it all the more shocking that she was so hateful and insistent. Like I said I am totally a shocked. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

It's gotten better. More employees seem to actually care about getting things right and manners. Still some bad apples contaminating the others.

As usual business was backed up-#4 in line to give order; left after 15 minute wait without leaving order; observed 3 cars pulled forward in. drive-thru waiting for food to be delivered to car; Six cars in dining in parking lot! Wrong order and no napkins in bag and no condiments in bag either, go in to get what needed and all employees were playing on phones.
