They gave me my order wrong, I told the girls and they did it wrong for the second time, also the attitude of the girl with the gray sweatshirt was super disrespectful, instead of offering a solution she yelled at us and closed the window in a rude way

I live in Dothan and every time I get a coffee from Ellianos in Dothan it is delicious. However, the last two times I ordered a Venetian vanilla creme hot coffee from the Headland location it has been half full and tastes like black coffee with not a drop of vanilla added.

I often go to the location in Dothan Except on Tuesday and Thursdays having a very horrible experience with the customer service when I’m asking for condiments and a utensil, I was told I’m rude when I politely asked for the items and stated would the Owner approve this behavior after you slam the window and talk about whatever you’re talking about and then open the window and tell me that you are the manager, and you are the sister of the manager I’ll never go to this location again.
