Excellent coffee, not too acidic, the bagels were delicious. Vincenzo loved his pup cup. And the service was spot on and quick. My new favorite coffee spot and right down the road, so convenient.
Dietary restrictions: We got bagels with no cream cheese, and cappuccinos with soy milk, we took the bagels home and put some fixings on them to keep it vegetarian

I’m always excited when a new coffee place comes to town, so I couldn’t wait to try Elliano’s. First impressions were not good- I asked the barista what sugar free syrup options they had and she replied ‘it’s easier for you to tell me what you want. What are you looking for’. WRONG ANSWER! That is not how you treat a customer. She didn’t want to waste her breath. I was tempted to just leave and go to Bean Bro where everyone is always friendly and helpful. The coffee itself was average at best. I doubt I’ll be back unfortunately. I’m sticking with Bean Bro!
I can't tell you how badly I wanted this to be great. I don't do much in the way of sweetened drinks, so I'm looking for great coffee that is delicious and fresh when enjoyed black. Sadly, the quality of the coffee itself just isn't that good. I love the drive-thru concept, but please buy better beans and focus on execution so I can support you next time we drive by (which is often).

We drove an hour from Greenwood, FL on Friday evening (2/2/24) and arrived at Ellianos at approximately 6:23 PM just for the store to be closed over 30 minutes early! The neon sign clearly states that Ellianos closes at 7 PM during the week. When we pulled in the parking lot, the shop was dark and there were no cars in the parking lot. We were very disappointed that we drove an hour for nothing! Will not be wasting my money with this establishment no more!
