It’s been so long since I’ve eaten here and I forgot why. I got a reminder today. Ordered a large Monster Burger combo because it used to be one of my favorites. Food actually came out fairly quickly. While waiting for the red light to change I decided to grab a fry, big mistake. The one fry I grabbed was cool, hard and tasted stale. I figured it was a fluke and grabbed a few more, luckily I was right. The rest of the fries were ok, but the box wasn’t opened all the way so I knew that this large was at best a medium. I got home and finished my fries and grabbed the burger from the bag. Finally, I hadn’t eaten a Monster Burger in years. I opened the wrapper and noticed there was lettuce, tomatoes and onions on my “Monster Burger.” Yup, I just paid over $18 for a “Large” cheeseburger combo. Not even a “Thickburger” either. The patty was about 1/4 inch thick and the bread was falling apart, so it was likely stale.
Avoid this place.

If I could give this specific Hardee’s in Headland, Alabama less than 1 star I would. The staff in drive-thru was so rude and disrespectful to all the customers, myself included that I refused to eat there after I ordered.

This is a way ALL Hardee's should be operated. Good food, VERY CLEAN restaurant and restrooms. Employees were very polite and attentive.
Count your change! Drive thru asked if I wanted to donate $1 for children’s hospital and when I said No she kept a dollar anyway from my change. Scam! Will not go back.

If there was an option for no stars but a review then I would but if you can't look at a screen make a meal then put that meal in a bag then send it through door dash then take your ass to Walmart and door greet people ordered a sweet tea and a steak biscuit with egg and it was a large combo I received a large coffee and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and large hashround your job is not that difficult do better
