If I could give this specific Hardee’s in Headland, Alabama less than 1 star I would. The staff in drive-thru was so rude and disrespectful to all the customers, myself included that I refused to eat there after I ordered.

Count your change! Drive thru asked if I wanted to donate $1 for children’s hospital and when I said No she kept a dollar anyway from my change. Scam! Will not go back.

If there was an option for no stars but a review then I would but if you can't look at a screen make a meal then put that meal in a bag then send it through door dash then take your ass to Walmart and door greet people ordered a sweet tea and a steak biscuit with egg and it was a large combo I received a large coffee and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and large hashround your job is not that difficult do better

The cashier never said a word to me. She just looked at me, no words. She was definitely in a bad mood. She got the order filled and just dropped the tray on countered. She never said thank you.

Sharon Simpson and team were the best! Sharon made my food dreams come true! That made my day! Her positive attitude rubbed off on the team. Everyone was in great spirits behind the line. Food was great but the service was better! Restaurant and restrooms were clean too!
