Overall the experience was wonderful. I was greeted when I entered by Ms. Laura who was very Friendly and helpful. She did not complain when I changed my order and even brought it out to me when it was ready! Great service!

From the moment I drove out of this parking lot I knew that my pizza was going to be crazy. I’ve never had a grown man look me in the eye and tell me “And remember no one can out pizza the hut”. I knew that he stood by that statement with the amount of passion within his soul. That was the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever bought.

Hot fresh cheesy pizza!!! The workers were great even though they were BUSY!!!
Went out of my way to go to Headland and the 2 pizzas were like cheese on crackers. Had just came out of the oven and cheese wasn't even bubbly. Dried out from the get go, I even asked for extra sauce in both. Really disappointing just how far Pizza Hut has fallen from when it used to be pretty good pizza.

We stopped here a few hours ago (July 8, 2025) driving home from Atlanta. We saw the big sign from the highway. (Oh boy! ). Then the letdown.
Perhaps this is a good delivery store, but it sure ain’t a sit down restaurant. No salad bar. A messy restaurant and no one to wait on us.
No menus. I kid you not. “People kept taking them.” He pulled out a worn out three or four page photocopy. Really?
Everything we kept trying to do with these guys to buy dinner wasn’t working. They had a special, but they were out of those size pans. Oh, no tea. Soft drinks only. Order here and we’ll tell you when to come get it. Would you like to leave us a tip? And on. And on. We were… not impressed.
We waved goodbye, drove down the road and had an excellent meal elsewhere.
I love Pizza Hut. But this one has serious leadership issues. And you can quote me on that.

Came in sat down at a booth. A person comes to he register a yells across the restaurant that I would need to place my order at the register. I walk to the register and he says we don't have a waitresses here. I ask for a menu and he informed me that they don't have one, but that I could look it up on my phone. So basically of you ain't ordering online then they dont care or wish to serve you at the Headland, AL location. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!
