The service was the best service I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time but the best service I have ever received from any subway across the US. I didn’t catch the man’s name but it started with a J. He was working today (May 1st) at 11am. He was incredibly kind, offered toppings (never had that happen). Literally the best service!!!!!!!
This particular subway was awesome! All the way around! Staff was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and actually seemed to enjoy working....and they both worked as a perfect team together! Despite my request of 'a microwave' couldnt be fulfilled, the submaker gave me the option of using the warmer instead of the toaster... i was floored at how nice she was and how she tried to accommodate my request with such ease and care! I was highly impressed and very satisfied!...
Still great service here. However, I have to say, I'm really disappointed in the change in meatballs. I don't know exactly when they changed, but sometime in the past year they got smaller: A LOT SMALLER! It's horrible! I think my favorite sub is officially dead till they bring back the big meatballs.
