Came in this evening on Black Friday. The staff was super nice and helpful. You could tell they've been working very hard and there was a lot of customers. Very impressed with the attitude and willingness to help. Thank you for a great meal on the go.

The drive thru employees are usually so friendly here. The breakfast biscuits are awesome, cause unlike other Bojangles, y'all don't cook the biscuits to long, and they are buttered. Breakfast is ALWAYS good when I come through there!

We stopped in during a busy lunch rush. Once we worked through the cashier line of people who were apparently experiencing their first day on earth, we received great service. Food came out quickly and was delicious. I’ll gladly stop in here again the next time I have an emergency I-20 Bojangles craving.

I Love Bojangles but this one in Heflin was the worse. I believe they prematurely cook their chicken. It was not hot and fresh like all the other Bojangles I’ve been to.
So the manager gave me some more chicken and it wasn’t too much better than the first batch, well this was the first time I did not eating my chicken from Bojangles

clean area, friendly staff, the food was cooked fresh when ordered. The price was good for our breakfast meals . Wish we had a bojangles closer down south . Good food!
It's not that hard to read a ticket and put everything on the sandwich that the ticket.calls for. Thank you guys for the lousy service. I won't be back there.

False advertising at this place. That isn't a peach cobbler. It's a fake peach, with cheap Cinnabon icing on a biscuit. THAT IS NOT A COBBLER. And it stunk

Usually I purchase the 3pc white meal, but today they had no breast and couldn't wait 20 minutes. So, I decide to try the Bo' Dogs, big mistake. The bottom of the bun was hard as the floor and the chicken tender was small and like it was cooked at 9am this morning. Do better Bojangles!
