Had a £31 order which they happily took the money and the food didn’t arrive, husband went down to see what had happened and they made out he had been scammed when in fact it was them who scammed us absolutely disgusting way to treat customers will never use them again

Another amazing take-away/delivery. Been a customer since it opened. Personally rate this as the best pizzas in Jersey. I always get lovely pizzas from Hot Stuff. Tonight's was stunning. Arrived in only half an hour, nice and hot. I virtually inhaled the thing, hardly any chewing hahaha And they have a great range of side dishes and chippy style food as well and at great prices. Again, amazing business ❤

dont raise prices w out telling 20 year customers and have menus n better customer service at the kendall maple falls Washington store..service sucks pizzas some times the doe is not cooked all the way. we wont be return customers or refer anyone again

Ordered a pizza at 9:54 was told it would be 15 minutes but it has been one hour and still not here. Called to check half hour ago and was told 15 mins and then they put the phone down. .

I ordered a kebab and pizzas for the family. All the extras were missed off the Pizzas and the kebab was an absolute joke. It was 90% pizza bread and three bits of Donna and a few bits of chicken. Threw it in the bin and ordered a kebab from another place. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. it was so disappointing and the pizza was average at best. Never again!!!!!!

The 2 pizzas ordered were congealed into lumps. I've never seen pizza delivered like that, ever. The kebab is atrocious! Fair enough it states made on a pizza base, but the filling - industrial grade chicken sandwich filling drowned in a poor sweet chilii sauce. On hearing our complaint the manager offered us a discount on our next order - as if we'd return for more disappointment! Some people don't deserve to be in business!

We Ordered food online after been recommended this place waited an hour and a half to say it had been deliver half an hour later the order turns up freezing cold mouldy and missing items. We then called to ask and tell them what went wrong, they proceeded to put me on hold for 5 min then hang up not answer any of my calls so I had to call off a different number, the RUDE manager then said he is sending a driver back to pick up the order (to re sell the cold food to some unlucky person) and not ever offer a refund and just told us to contact someone else. Disgusting service and disgusting looking food. Been a manager of a restaurant that does take outs this was appalling. Would not ever recommend this place don’t waste your time

I found myself at two hotels (at different times) in the Birmingham Chinatown/ Downtown area and didn't want to go out searching for eateries so I turned to a Google Search. I chose Hot Stuff Pizza basically because they were close-by and their online ordering system was great and although it took a few minutes initially to get the selection right and click the right buttons once I mastered it was great. The first occasion I decided on a Vegetarian and a Seafood Pizza with added Anchovies. The online system told me the price and estimated delivery time in 45 minutes. After 20 minutes I got a call saying that they were out of some seafood so I changed it to a Margaretta with some additions. The computer told me my delivery time had arrived so I went down to the front of the Hotel and waited, and waited. I foolishly had not taken my phone so I didn't know the delivery guy was already in reception! Once paid and settled down to my meal I couldn't have enjoyed it more, I have had quite a few pizzas and these were up there at the top. On the second occasion in January the delivery was earlier than estimated and the transfer of money and pizza very straight forward. The pizza, I got my seafood one this time, was sublimely delicious. Both times the cost was around GBP12 and as far as I could make out a very modest sum for delivery (less than GBP0.50p or maybe this was an Internet fee?).

So a couple of years ago I used to pop next door to see this girl when she sent her Mr out for pizza downstairs. We'd often sling the guy on the till a fiver to cock up the order on purpose to give us more time. The pizza is nice.
