We love Jack's! They have great food at a reasonable price. Their breakfast meals and biscuits are awesome and very reasonably priced. They have fabulous fried chicken and burgers. They serve crinkle fries with season salt on them. And most times, their handmade milkshakes are thick!
So, we can through the drive through. I started to order two 3 piece snacks and quickly said "I meant to say dinners." The guy asked me what sides I want. I told him mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I ordered 2 drinks, both with no ice. We get our order, and it's one snack and one meal. Ok, one mess up. Then, we realize the drinks have ice in them. Ok, 2 mess ups. We get to our destination, and as we're pulling the food out, everything is COVERED in coleslaw juices. We open the dinner, only to realize that, instead of putting the food into the deep slotted sides of the Styrofoam container, they put the food into the shallow side made to be the lid of the container. So, juice leaked everywhere. On top of the all that, the coleslaw was awful. The whole experience was bad from beginning to end. Please, pay attention to what people order, give them that, and handle the food and packaging properly. It isn't that hard.

My Wife and I had the 3 piece chicken dinner, the Problem was the Chicken Breast Were So Tough You Couldn't Chew it. the theigh and the legs were fine. We are from Talladega and eat at your restaurant often with no problem and we will be back again.

Long wait for subpar food. We had never been to one, and my husband sees them all the time. We decided to stop, and it was a 20-minute wait for food. I asked the employee about the breakfast menu, and he mumbled under his breath. I still don't know whether or not they serve breakfast all day. The manager was so stressed and a little snapping with staff. She was answering drive-through, working the fryer, and trying to bag orders in her defense. I got a 2 price chicken bone-in with mash potatoes with gravey and coleslaw. The chicken at least had some flavor. The potatoes were covered in this weird brown gravy that didn't taste right. The coldslaw was pretty much everywhere place. My hubby got a bacon burger, and it was no better than Burger King.
