The biscuits are made by hand and are so good. I've ate a few of their biscuits and my family and I absolutely love Jack's for breakfast, lunch, and supper.

There’s a girl there, think name is chantly I think is what was on name tag, she is very rude. Set our food on counter so hard it fell over. The food was very cold. Had to trash it all. It’s like everyone hates Thier job. We will go to Bo jangles for now on

Last two visits were horrible. 1st, I asked for the first responder discount. Was told no even though I was in uniform. Apparently you have to be I'm uniform, show your time card or you have to be in a ambulance, fire truck and police car. I'm on call 24/7. Never had a problem before but its whatever.... this morning I asked for single plain gravy biscuit. Get to the window ask the cashier In the drive thru to make sure it was watery gravy. He asked I believe the manager, and the attitude she had toward his was unreal.
It was okay. The 1st chicken biscuit I got, the chicken was like chewing on rubber. I took it inside, and they apologized and made me another one. The second one was better, but the seasoning was off. Didn't taste like the usual Jack's biscuits I get. But I dont usually go to this Jack's. I was just passing through. The service was great. Food was just okay.
