My order is wrong A LOT, an unusual amount of times. 60/40. No lie. I don't give them my money until they tell me what's in the bag, and I don't leave the window until I double-check my drink and food. You shouldn't either. The night shift/weekend manager is awful. She acts mad at me for them getting my order wrong. I would not eat there, but the food is good when they get the order correct. How is it so hard to do that job? IT IS NOT. I think when I retire, I might go to work there and fix that place. I was a manager at Wendy's years ago, and my crew NEVER had that many mistakes. Pathetic. JACK'S DO BETTER!

Service is garbage, manager yells at employees like they're dogs, and just over all very unprofessional. Won't be back until it improves
