The workers at this jacks are extremely rude no wonder they can't keep business anymore. Pulled up to window today 4/9/24 around 3:30pm and I asked for certain milkshake told me they didn't have it even though I ordered it the day before and then the manager got real hateful over the speaker and called me a liar and was raising his voice at me so I just left and will never return. Idk the managers name but it was some guy.

This Jack's is hit or miss... usually miss.Today, a woman that helped in front, and then in back with the food, kept touching and rubbing her mouth and nose. Never washed her hands, even when she went to the back to work with food. The boy that worked the drive thru kept running his fingers through his hair and never washed his hands.

Often the order gets messed up. They will call the correct order back but when you get to the window and pay your lucky to actually be paying for what you ordered. Good luck calling to get things fixed. They will always say "I'll call you back" after checking cameras.

This has got to be the worst jacks around here. My food is ALWAYS wrong, I never get what I ask for and jacks breakfast isMy favorite but when I get it here it’s always swimming in grease and makes me sick to my stomach or the wrong order. Once the wrapper to my hamburger was clear from all of the grease. Majority of the time everyone there is pretty nice but there has even been a few times I’ve heard people say things about me behind the counter or through the window when I ask for my order to be fixed even tho I am very kind about it.
They don't mind serving cold and old nasty food. It is best to go in and watch them and make sure what's going on! We have to do this at allot of places these days and it's more troubling due to the rising prices of everything. I only stop at places like this when I'm in a pinch for time and really may have a craving! Most time I am disappointed that I have to complain just to get good food not just here , but it's like every time.

Food could be better, and place could overall be cleaner.Also I'm not sure what was up with the employee outside while I returned to my vehicle, who hysterically laughed at me. ?

I went to order an 8 piece chicken and biscuits. I told them that I would like some sides with it as well the moment I tell them this they blurt out, You KNOW they don't come with the meal right? Umm. Yes, but I still want them. Also, I don't want any wings with the chicken. Is that ok? So, no wings? Yes, that's correct. Tells me the amount I pull forward. Payed for it then asked may I get some extra napkins and some salt? Salt? (Receives the stinkeye.) Yes, please! The chicken has wings in it. And I had to ask for the salt again. Please bring back customer service!

This oartucukar Jack’s just straight up , SUCKS!Every time I’ve been in the past 6 months my order has been wrong and when I take back up to them, they act like it’s my fault! When u have to tell them 3 times No Mayo and they still put it on your burger, every damn time! Then there’s a problem. They also never give you a receipt.I highly recommend going somewhere else unless u like a lot of drama!
