As someone who works in a fast food place, all the hate comments are from fat people who can’t wait more than a minute. 90 percent of the people that come through a drive thru are over weight, they can’t even see their own feet. I've accidentally drank out of a dip spit bottle, and had a more pleasant experience than any that I've had with Henagar McDonalds.
If I wanted soggy, old, luke warm/ cold, probably coughed in food, I would fight the racoons in the dumpster for the left overs.
I've had hospital and school lunch food better prepared than anything I've gotten from here.

On 3/17, Henagar location, I ordered the Oreo shamrock shake, and on the drive-thru order screen it said “shamrock shake” so I said I wanted the Oreo one. They said “Right, that’s what it is.” First red flag.
I pulled to the first window and when I tried to verify it, the lady said it was the same thing. Another reason to know this was going to be wrong.
Get to the second window, and lo’ and behold there is the plain one sitting.
