Horrible every time! I have finally decided after my order today was wrong AGAIN, that I would leave a review. I have worked in fast food customer service for 6 years and, I know it’s stressful. But this restaurant is ridiculous! They get my order wrong almost every time. I always order the same thing. But today I’d like to tell you about the customer service. The girls working this morning were on their phones, finally took my order and then lied to my face telling me they made it correct. I get a large iced vanilla coffee with a shot of espresso and two extra vanilla syrup. I told the young lady it didn’t look right, and it wasn’t. I didn’t ask her to make another one. I simply asked if I could buy another shot of espresso. $2 for a shot of espresso? Nah I’ll pass. I’m here leaving this review because every time I come to this McDonald’s my order is wrong rather it be my coffee or my food! And customer service is terrible. It’s never, let me fix that for you, it’s let me charge you double for something you already paid for, that wasn’t put with your order. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. ID GIVE IT ZERO STARS IF I COULD.There are 3 restaurants here in henagar where I live. Love McDonald’s, but not this one. I really would rather drive to Rainsville than go in there again. Please, do better. We’re all human and we make mistakes, that’s okay. But be accountable.

Went thru drive thru .Greeted and made order .Nice service at windows. Mcchicken sandwich hard around edges and too much mayo! Made me almost get choked.Just got off work and was starving. Not very satisfying.

We ordered 2 Grinch meals on the app and it was over $28 and they said it would be ready for us. When we arrive and go inside a man in a green traffic vest tells us they didn't have any. We saw a guy walk out with one as we were walking in. The green vest man said he would give us a refund. We waited in the lobby and about 15 min later he came back and gave us $16 and change and them turned around and went back towards the kitchen. We finally got the attention of a worker to find the green vest man. When he returned we showed him the price we paid and that was not what he gave us and he said oh that is the price for happy meals and he was sorry and then went and got the difference. We drove 20 miles to get those and left angry and empty handed and still hungry.

I have been here two times last week and they got my order wrong both times. I ordered 2 hamburgers with no onions and fresh fries. Had to wait 10 minutes at curbside. When they finally brought my order out the fries were cold and the hamburgers had onions on them. A few days later went inside that evening and the assistant manager was in there dancing and playing hip hop music. It took five minutes to get someone's attention to take my order. Later found out the assistant managers name was Gwen a redhead. It is very rude when the employees are dancing and not paying attention to customers.

I hate this McDonald’s. They need new management or something because every single time we go here there’s a problem. My husband got food…gets all the way home and the burgers had no lettuce or tomato. The fries not even half full and the meat was pink! Barely brown on the outside. It’s ten I clock so we aren’t going back but enough is enough. Get it together and take pride in your jobs because right now you all are an embarrassment to the food industry!
