Do yourselves a favor and stop here on your way to the beach!!!! My husband and I stopped here on our way to 30A from Tennessee and can honestly say this is some of the most delicious food we have ever eaten. The inside is so clean and the ladies are so friendly. We would give them 10 stars if that were an option. Many thanks for the fine Southern Hospitality!

Food was delicious! Good meat and 3 country cooking. I had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans from their buffet. My husband loved his BLFT (fried green tomatoe) sandwich but was jealous of my food too ? I don't think you could go wrong with anything you pick from the menu. I would love to go back if I'm headed down to FL again.

A picture perfect dining experience! When you travel down the gravel driveway the first time, you may be wondering if this restaurant is a gamble (This place is set back from Hwy 331 and the entrance to the restaurant is in the back), but, let me assure you, this is 100% authentic, delicious, southern cuisine that is more than worth a drive into the country. We had the lunch buffet and every item was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The pulled pork, creamed corn and field peas were my favorites. The dining area is very clean and well maintained. The lighting, big screen TVs, decor and furnishings are very nice and modern. The picturesque country landscape surrounding this establishment is absolutely beautiful. This is a well loved restaurant by the locals, but travelers are also welcome here. Check it out, you will be glad you did. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nestled off the beaten path down a rustic dirt road in rural Alabama lies a hidden gem worth seeking out - Coco Momma's Family Style Restaurant.Don't let the country road deter you. This charming spot is well worth the drive to Highland Home. The atmosphere is as delightful as the food - bright, clean and welcoming. The staff are professional and friendly. Coco Momma's serves up mouthwatering Southern classics made from family recipes that remind me of what Grandma used to make! The juicy, crispy fried chicken just may be the best you'll find within 100 miles.Be sure to try Coco Momma's melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, simmered low and slow until fork tender. And don't skip out on the made-from-scratch sides like cream corn, new potatoes and okra with tomatoes. The Sweet Potato Casserole was out of this world.Coco Momma's is open limited hours, so check ahead before embarking on the drive. But once you experience the tasty homestyle cooking and genuine hospitality, you'll be glad you made the trip to this charming rural restaurant. It's a hidden gem worth seeking out in the heart of Alabama.

We met 16 of our cousins for lunch. It was a medium sized place but they accommodated us great. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! We’ll definitely go back and visit Coco Momma’s again!

We live local. 1st visit. Normally, eat at the other restaurant in town. Decided that we were ready to give Coco Momma's a try since we heard good things. Both ordered the meat and 3. We ordered hamburger steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, lima beans, purple hull peas and cornbread. Ordered as carry out since we live so close. Prefer eating at home with "real" forks as my husband states. He hates plastic forks. He went picked the carry out order up from restaurant. The young lady who answered the telephone gave me a less than 10 minute wait time since we were doing meat and three option. Food packaged nicely. Plenty of napkins. Plastic utensils included. Fried cornbread patties - two each box. Eye appeal great! Nothing "running" together - compartmentalized well. Cost $25.80 for two. (cheaper compared to other restaurant in town). Lima beans - contained small bits of ham. Excellent. Cornbread could be crispier. Purple hull peas - tasted excellent - could use more salt but that is my taste only - husband stated just right amount of seasoning. Hamburger steak and gravy - thought it would have flour crust - did not - thick hamburger patty with gravy. Taste excellent - just not what I thought I was getting with the flour crust. I misread - it was not listed as country fried steak so that was all on me. Mashed potatoes with gravy - very good. Plenty of food for order. Husband ate his and what was left of mine. I ate all peas, beans and 1 cornbread patty. Excellent. Not a big mashed potato fan - always order for husband - his favorite, he eats what I don't. He finished half of my hamburger steak (remember in my mind, I ordered country fried steak). Would we order from Coco Momma's again. YES. Would we recommended. YES. Will I pay more attention to the meat that I am ordering. YES. Overall experience - excellent. We will be "repeat offenders". Thank you Coco Momma's for the over the top excellent service and the delicious food. Thank you for servicing the Highland Home community and surrounding areas. We needed a change of pace with the meat and 3 option. Great job!
Had the prime rib special, really good, service was fast and pleasant

Chicken tenders are the Best ?Fast Forward to present, the staff is rude and has the disposition that they're doing you a favor. Oh, no ma'am. Customers choose where they want to eat and pay good money to eat where they want, but next time it won't be Coco Momma's. Thank you very much. Tootles ?
