Im from Texas visit this area first time. Great service at the Subway in Hokes Bluff, AL! The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was made just the way I like it. I really enjoyed the food, fresh and tasty. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Resham (not sure about spelling) is an excellent employee. He always goes about & beyond for customer service to the customers. All of the food we have gotten there since his employment started has been excellent. As before he came to work this location it was horrible the food & service both was so bad that we quit eating here. Stopped by one day & he's was there (he's always there ...dedicated) and I have never quit coming back. Im singing praises for him & his excellent service & preparation & above all HIS SMILE !!!! HE MAKES A CUSTOMER FEEL APPRECIATED

My wife got a pizza sub and it was terrible, very dry, very little flavor and I got a steak sub and the steak had no flavor and the bread was so hard you could hardly bite it. they have had good sandwiches in the past but this time it was not very good and the guy working wasn't very pleasant. And there was only one Guy working.

Seems they had a recent renovation and possibly new management. They ended up getting new hires that don't understand English, and each time I've been there they'd always screw something up with the order. "No lettuce" gets us a lot of lettuce.
Staff was great. Ingredients were fresh. Scored a 100 on health inspection.

As my acquaintance was departing, the individual working at the counter approached him in the parking lot. She proceeded to express her dissatisfaction with him for using the restroom and proceeded to inform him that he is no longer allowed to use it. The exchange was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. I have decided not to patronize the establishment again due to this incident. I am concerned about how she may handle a situation involving someone with a disability that necessitates access to the restroom.

This subway used to be great! We usually go on Friday's right before our climb at Gadrock. The last 4 visits have been terrible! Today they put a big metal thing over the meat and cheese window..only exposing the salad area. You can no longer watch them make your sandwich. I have been shorted on meat and cheese on multiple sandwiches..when I pay for extra cheese & meat that's what I expect! Especially with their prices! Today they have lost our family's service..I ordered a spicy Italian footlong and come to find out once I got home there was only 4 pieces of salami and 4 pieces of pepperoni along with a small dusting of cheese. Im aware the spicy Italian comes with 8 pieces of salami & 8 pieces of pepperoni as I've worked at several different subways! My mom ordered a party bowl which consists of Xtra cheese yet had a light dusting as well. Sad to say this one has taken a turn for the worse! I regret giving her a tip today..honestly regret not walking out after seeing they hid their meats and cheese! I highly recommend the one in rainbow city by the movie theater! This one tries everything to rip you off!
