I have been to this location several times in the last three weeks. I have ordered the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito on four visits. Every time it has been made differently. I'm pretty sure that there are some spec cards or book that will tell what goes into the burrito. Also how to make it properly. The Service is always amazing and everyone is friendly. I'm a local and will continue to visit you. Maybe management should address this issue with your crew.

This Taco Bell is the worst! I never write reviews but I’m so fed up with this location, first off the food always comes out awful. Thrown together, barely any toppings, not heated properly etc. they always rush at the intercom. Today, I ordered a chicken quesadilla with just chicken and cheese for my toddler, got it in the drive thru the lady today didn’t give me a receipt and got home all the way in ball play and there’s spicy sauce. Not only that, barely any chicken and cheese and was not heated properly. Everytime I get a taco or Mexican pizza the shell has an awful taste from not changing the oil out. I brought it up to a lady in the window one day and she said”yea night shift sometimes doesn’t filter it like they should” something needs to change or I’ll make a call to cooperate. I’m so over the bs.

Went in waited 5 mins before I saw anyone got a cheesey gordita crunch and it had no crunch part at all , and my cheese container was less than have full
Taco Bell since Covid and I haven’t eaten KFC over 10 years ago 12 years ago. I’m a truck driver so I was passing through. I was filling a little bad and felt like I needed to eat so I stopped and ate at the KFC/Taco Bell. It was the best Bell I have eaten in years before I even stop going The KFC was unbelievable. It was better than Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend them because they were so clean very professional. They take about 3 to 4 minutes, but I was shocked and amazed now I’m not gonna get that kind of food and service even if I go somewhere else very slim, but I highly recommend this place. The people were so nice and friendly. But really this place is so clean.

Went just now. Waited for 10 mins. When I asked a passing employee “Hey, is there someone who could take our order?” She shrugged her shoulders and said “No. We are really busy and can’t get to you” WITH ONE CAR IN DRIVE THROUGH AND NOBODY IN LINE INSIDE.

Went last night 8-27-24, and ordered off the Taco Bell side of the menu for myself, my mom and grandma. We all three got the Mexican pizza combo. After receiving our food we found it cold and the Mexican pizza tasted “ off “. All three of us had bad Diarrhea hit us in the middle of the night several times. Then all three us has been nauseous all morning. Last time we go there.

Jus went got some Cheesy Potatoes& Pot Pie...Everything looked good...That is until, I came across a medium length dark hair in my potatoes& they was cooked fresh...Totally grossed me out...So that was the end to what should've been my supper...I'm still grossed out...Want be going back there...I don't know why they don't make folks wear hair nets or beard covers...People with weak stomachs, have hard time getting over things like that...I know I do...
