The customer service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Mistakes were made here and there but they all worked hard to make sure my meal was proper and that I was satisfied with my meal. The two young ladies that helped me and my Fiancé get our meals proper were giving it their all and being very understanding and helpful. Along with the lady who offered us 2 Freeze's for any inconvenience. Thank you all!!!
Literally every time I go there it seems like there's a small inconvenience with my food, nothing major. Just made super sloppy, things left off my order or my burrito would be folded inside out, I'll ask for sauce and receive one pack for an order with at least six or more items. I have been to this location several times in the last three weeks. I have ordered the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito on four visits. Every time it has been made differently. I'm pretty sure that there are some spec cards or book that will tell what goes into the burrito. Also how to make it properly. The Service is always amazing and everyone is friendly. I'm a local and will continue to visit you. Maybe management should address this issue with your crew.
