I came in to get food for me and my kids to take home. They were busy, but I will say this I will NOT be back. I don’t support businesses who allow me to yell at women/girls. That’s NOT okay especially with how busy it was his name was “Robert” and I hope he gets fired bc that was beyond ridiculous in front of other people he would yell at that girl. Sounds like Jacks needs to to sweep Robert right on out the door and tell him to put his nasty attitude up his rear end. I won’t be back. NOT supporting a business that is allowing that bull crap!

My family and I live in Fairview and have been getting dinner from Jack’s in HP for a while now. It’s a hit and miss. Tonight was the final straw for me. I’m absolutely done with them. They almost always leave something out. This time, I asked for extra ranch for my salad and only got 1 cup, and the food tasted DISGUSTING. Worst experience by far. Maybe I won’t get sick! So thankful we’re getting a Jack’s in Fairview, because this is the last time I order from Jack’s in Holly Pond.

This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant restaurant I’ve ever been to! After I paid and was waiting on my food not saying a word to anyone the manager came to the window and threatened me and would not give me my food after I paid. To top it all off the food looked disgusting when I did finally get it. I’ve heard many employees tell me about the mold and bugs in the back . The times I’ve actually gotten decent service it made me and my buddy so sick it wasn’t funny this place is nasty and they do not know what customer service is. DO NOT EAT HERE

Dirtiest Jacks ever! Bathrooms are filthy and have no soap. Drinks area has spilled liquids all over it. No napkins in dispenser. Ice cream area is dirty. Employees smoking and vaping directly outside the entrance door. I personally don't feel comfortable eating food prepared in such a dirty restaurant.
