Dirtiest Jacks ever! Bathrooms are filthy and have no soap. Drinks area has spilled liquids all over it. No napkins in dispenser. Ice cream area is dirty. Employees smoking and vaping directly outside the entrance door. I personally don't feel comfortable eating food prepared in such a dirty restaurant.

We love jacks but they are good at not getting what you ordered out to you and your husband makes it all the way home when we realize that someone isn’t going to eat … You would think said husband would learn to check the bag because if happens frequently but he never learns! I know mornings are tuff for some and can be hectic with so many orders I’m not being rude whatsoever. Keep working and giving it your all because I promise you aren’t going unnoticed…… 🩷

Well I eat here alot but last night was one of the times that makes ne not wanna go back. Lt was getting close to closing and I ordered a #1 Big jack combo and asked for everything on the burger (the works) and I always ask for this. But I have to explain it everytime and its like they dont know that the works mean everything. Also I asked if my fries and drink to be upsized and also asked if I could please get fresh fries. So I get my food and got home with it and I was not at all happy. And if course I couldn't take it back because they had already closed. So I not only Was very disappointed then i opened the burger and I was really upset then. And so I go to eat it anyways and thus is when I was very angry.I had to take and put it on regular bread from home and then I couldn't eat it.it was disgusting.So I will be speaking to a manger tonight.

Nasty place to eat, floors and tables dirty. Dead flies in window next to table. Wasn't busy we were the only ones inside and food wasn't fresh cooked. The worst Jacks around, I keep saying I won't be back and hopefully this is last time. This place needs shut down, been crap food for last 5 years.

This jacks is absolutely terrible they never get my order right no matter what time of damn day we go and we don’t eat out but once in a blue moon and I swear in the past 9 months they’ve gotten my order wrong everytime and I’ve always had to have them fix it the only reason we go here is it’s close to home I’ll be glad when the one in Fairview finally gets built

Drive thru order wrong. Crunchy old cinnamon apple bites. Hubby ran back thru to get the Rest of our yard order employees were rude and argumentive. Told him they cooked more apple cinnamon bites he came home the Same Old Crunchy ones. I understand people get things wrong no big deal but lying arguing. Jack's can do better.

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Two piece dinner was a joke. Chicken was overcooked and dried out. Person who waited on me lacked greatly in customer service.
Restaurant was supposed to open at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and it is now 6:32 and they're still not open
