Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was a joke! We sat there for 15 minutes and never had a server take our drink order. Will not be back

Used to have at least a good bar, but cold food and slow service is unacceptable given the pricing. Won't be going back.

Wife ordered chicken Ceasars salad, I ordered fish and chips. Wife's meal came out 12 minutes before mine, should have been delivered together. Cole slaw did not get delivered with my meal. Had to ask another employee for the slaw because our waitress was nowhere to be seen.

Was there last night. It changed. Been there about 4 times the past year. Never busy and then Rocky brought our drinks and No Straws. After waiting awhile, I had to get up and ask the greeter for help. ALL THE waitresses were huddled in the corner by the restrooms talking with each other. Took a LONG time to get our bill and take out containers. The food even tasted different. Must be a new cook.
Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. And I'm spreading the word.

Walked in on a Saturday night a little after 8:15 with a party of 9. We were greeted and seated within a few minutes, our waitress was very nice and attentive to us. Thanks, ApplesBees for the great hospitality service my family and I received.

Bad service, food took forever, order came out wrong, and fries were cold. So, I had to wait even longer.

Decided to try this location again after some bad experiences and was glad to see it looks like the dining area has been cleaned up, no thick dust on the blinds like in the past and very clean floors. The food was decent and my server Jimmie was great and polite. I'll be coming back.

Please don't waste your time. There's a place next door that is staffed, and I'm glad you came. The hostess was rude when we arrived on Sunday. Her first words were that it'll be 30 minutes. Wow, not how many just it'll be 30 minutes, and that's after waiting 5 minutes for her to come out of the back. We left and simply walked next door and had an amazing meal. Oh, the entire section to my left when you walk in had nobody sitting in it. Don't waste your time or money.

Cynthia in the curbside pickup is a Gem. She makes you want to spend your money. Her phone etiquette and in person attitude is amazing!!! Congrats to you for hiring her!!! The food was good tooo!!!

Fancy like Applebees? More like nasty like Applebees. Crapplebees would be a better name. Hoover location. Very slow to take our order but when they brought out the appetizer the plate and container for the dip looked like it hadn’t even been washed. When they first brought it out the dip around the top was congealed and looked like it had been sitting for hours. It’s almost as if it was something someone else sent back and they tried to re-serve it. It was disgusting. When I looked around we could see other tables sending food back all over the restaurant. If the appetizer was like that what would the rest of the food be like? It made wonder what the sanitation in the back was like. Completely lost our appetite and left.

The waiter Asiah (Sagittarius) her birthday was today... 11-21, she was great. But my fries was cold. Because she was such an amazing waitress I just ignored the fries being cold. I don't want to ruin her birthday by complaining. Happy birthday again my fellow Sagittarius 🏹♐

Many of the things on the menu (fish and seafood) are imported. I appreciate that they tell us, but imported food does not go through the same inspection that US sourced food does. Not eating any imported food makes the menu much smaller. I used to love Applebee's, but at this point there are certainly better options for a place to eat. Profits over quality food.
