Applebee's Grill + Bar

I have gave this location chance after chance but last time was the straw. I will never return it this location again. The service was decent but the issue I had was the to go order I placed. I ordered the new chicken and sausage pasta I decided to check the food before I left, I look in the bag and saw that there was no chicken in this pasta dish. I told the waitress immediately and she assured me that the chicken was in there you just have to mix it around it at the bottom. When I got home to reheat cause it was cold there was no chicken in the dish. I would have rather her tell me the kitchen ran out of chicken than lie to me and say the chicken is in there.

Not sure if the 3.8 is warranted. Sunday afternoon was pleasant. Food was quick and accurate. Issues were corrected swiftly.

Never will I come back to this place. I was visiting from out of town and decided to go to Applebees. I specifically told the person over the phone that I wanted Cajun chicken pasta no veggies nothing on there just chicken and noodle. The wait was long and they brought out the pasta wrong. After, telling them that it was incorrect the young lady had an attitude and I can hear her talking about it in the kitchen. I left the food right there on the table. So disrespectful! And will not be back. Certain people shouldn’t have certain jobs if they are not properly equipped for it! Very ghetto atmosphere. Ew

I wish I could give it ZERO stars! I had an online order and came up there and I had to wait about an hour so I just gave up and went somewhere else. The workers in the back weren't doing their job. It was only a small handful of people there ... at least the bartender was working.

I love everything about applebees.

Service was a joke! We sat there for 15 minutes and never had a server take our drink order. Will not be back

Used to have at least a good bar, but cold food and slow service is unacceptable given the pricing. Won't be going back.

Wife ordered chicken Ceasars salad, I ordered fish and chips. Wife's meal came out 12 minutes before mine, should have been delivered together. Cole slaw did not get delivered with my meal. Had to ask another employee for the slaw because our waitress was nowhere to be seen.

Was there last night. It changed. Been there about 4 times the past year. Never busy and then Rocky brought our drinks and No Straws. After waiting awhile, I had to get up and ask the greeter for help. ALL THE waitresses were huddled in the corner by the restrooms talking with each other. Took a LONG time to get our bill and take out containers. The food even tasted different. Must be a new cook.
Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. And I'm spreading the word.

Walked in on a Saturday night a little after 8:15 with a party of 9. We were greeted and seated within a few minutes, our waitress was very nice and attentive to us. Thanks, ApplesBees for the great hospitality service my family and I received.

Bad service, food took forever, order came out wrong, and fries were cold. So, I had to wait even longer.

Decided to try this location again after some bad experiences and was glad to see it looks like the dining area has been cleaned up, no thick dust on the blinds like in the past and very clean floors. The food was decent and my server Jimmie was great and polite. I'll be coming back.
