Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service can take a whole. The Southwestern chicken dish wasn't a huge portion, but it was tasty. Update - Service here is *always* extremely slow, no matter the staffing or whether it's dine in or to go. I always feel ignored for the majority of my visit. Service needs a major upgrade.

We got there as they were opening & it was quiet & peaceful.

Placed an order for 4 meals all meals included fries. They gave us one order of fries to share amongst 4 meals. Would not provide a refund and advised us to return back for fries ONLY….. I guess we were gonna run around time for fries. While the remaining food items get cold to drive 25 minutes back and forth for their error. Manager Shan had no compassion and no solutions for resolve. A $100 dinner gone to waste as we had no sided with our meats.

Chx quesadilla was soggy. The new flavored tea was really good and our waitress was really nice but she forgot about us at the very end but we're patient people so it was fun but the food being bad really made us not want to eat there anymore. and if I do I'll probably grab an appetizer and a beer and call it a night

Went in with my kids to grab food and was told by greeter we can sit if we wanted too the restaurant was empty he then walked up to our table and told us our waiter would not be coming no time soon I then set a time for 10 minutes and still was not even waited on for drinks as we are walking out the greeting then says I would of did it but I’m tied I don’t feel like it never coming back again please

Employees were understanding and respectful. But my girlfriend’s pasta had a huge hair in it and the amount of flies flying over our food while we were eating INSIDE was not pleasant. Not coming back… ever

We went to this Applebees in hopes of having a great time well the following happened! My sister was eating her meal and a bobby-pin she almost swallowed. Thank God it came back up! No before you say was it hers she didn’t have no hair style that required hair accessories. The waiter was only concerned about a tip. Then to top it off we waiting on our tickets to pay and my niece saw a rat running across the floor. Now checked this out they (manager and workers) said they was coming from outside through a hole in wall. Now you knew this and still chose to be open. I called the people and I called my boss but we still don’t have it fixed. One of the workers said he had to kill a couple before this one and he wasn’t about to kill that one! Ashamed for them to even try and make him do it anyway. Another one said that was the second horrible thing he saw within that week. You can’t make this stuff up. My sister had to have paramedics called! Check this out the manager knew it and the waiter still wanted her to pay for the meal. We didn’t even come looking for anything for free! This the kicker along with the other mention they called my sister to see how could they make it right. In the mist of saying that said they had given her a free meal! The manager stated he would give refunds it never happened. I’m not surprised about that either. To know you have rats running around but still serving customers is just wrong! I didn’t want to give them the one star!

Went into this establishment last month. My aunt bit her rib and a hair pin was in her rib. She choked and the EMS had to be called out. If that wasn’t enough, when we were leaving a rat ran across the floor to a hole in the floor board. No compensation or anything!!! No call back after I called the DM
