I just want to give a huge shout-out to Derrius in the drive-thru! He was so pleasant, polite, and genuinely kind. His great customer service truly made my day, and that goes such a long way especially in times like these. I really appreciate his positive attitude and the way he treated me with care and respect. Thank you, Derrius! Keep up the amazing work! Food was hot and fresh too!

Ordered food on the app and you were not in stock could not get a refund and the worker said that was above her pay grade. I will NEVER return here. This was done on 10/8/25 at 1018pm.

The lady that works at night, I'm not sure if she is a manager or not, but she is really rude to other employees in front of customers. Yelling and belittling them in front of the window and she sends out cold food at night because she's lazy.
Great Arby's. But the interior has some work that needs to be done to it.

it was a really great experience! the lady at the front was so nice and hospitable. I don't think I've ever met a nicer worker actually.. LOVED IT!! she was telling me the history of the tree that was in the glass section and how she brought in the plants for the area when the tree had to be removed. she even helped an elderly man carry his food to his car! 10/10 service 🩷

The drive thru was being run by someone HIGH as a kite..had to ask for my card back. Didn't get my drinks. I had to park and go in to get them. I said the lady in the drive thru is high as a kite, they said . I know..
My dad and I ordered a combo and went to the first window. We asked for some sauce and
We payed and we got PULLED! We already had bad feelings about this experience. Then, we waited for about 15 minutes when they finally brought our food to us. We looked in the bag. No sauce and no napkins. Napkins are a priority. We shouldn’t have to ask after 15 minutes. We also asked for sauce again and waited another 2 minutes. Wasn’t a good experience. We also saw other cars getting pulled. That is not allowed. But, they did it anyway. The food is ok but overall, I wouldn’t waste time here unless you have extra.
Arby's on Lorna Road in Hoover Al is supposed to open at 9:30 and I've been at the drive thru for 10 minutes.
A lady inside says they are just opening.

Service was a little slow but they had the Meats, unlike how the Arby's near interstate was out of roast beef and bacon. Neither of which was mentioned until after I had ordered.
Why I drove a little longer to get to this restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would. This evening. I ordered a number 1. I was given only a drink and told to park and wait for the rest of my meal. After waiting 20 mins I decided to go inside. Once inside I was told an employee stole my food and left for the night and that employee laughed in my face. I was told I would have to wait more time for it to be made all over again. I asked for a refund and I was told I had to wait on that as well. Mind you there were no customers inside the store and only one at the window. With two drive thru employees standing together and one cook on staff. The cook was nice but stated they would help but do not work the cash register. This is the worst customer service I was ever received in my life. I will never eat at this location again.
