Absolutely Awful Experience – Twice
I tried going to this Arby’s last month for a roast beef slider and tea, and it was horrible. The slider had clearly been microwaved to death—it was so hot I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could even take a bite. When I finally did, it went straight into the trash. I used to love Arby’s, so I gave them another chance tonight. Big mistake.
Same order: slider and tea. Same result: slider was disgusting, microwaved beyond recognition, and the food obviously sat around all day. The tea? I spit it out. No exaggeration—it tasted like it had been brewed a month ago.
This is ridiculous. Why can’t anyone get a decent meal from a fast food place anymore? It's bad everywhere, but this Arby’s was beyond the worst. I should have been suspicious when I saw nobody inside—I thought it was closed.
I blame the drone-like employees who clearly don’t care, but also the franchise owner. You are ruining a once-reliable brand. Get off your butt and fix this store—or better yet, it’ll fix itself when it goes out of business like the rest of fast food.

Had a large mobile order, and the cashier wasn't welcoming or helpful when i asked a couple of questions about my order. This is not one that i would go back to unless it was just super convenient.

Arby’s on Lorna rd in Hoover, Al is always hit or miss. I thought with going early on a Saturday morning my food would be fresh. Boy was I wrong. The fries were cold and hard, the bread for the Greek gyro was stale. I trusted that it was gonna be fresh since I went in the inside, but they stood right there in my face and gave me old food. Disappointed is an understatement.

Overall, this is the best Arby's in the area. I usually come here twice a week or more. Whoever was working your drive thru window on Wednesday August 28th 12:30 acted like I was interrupting his day by coming through. He surely did not want to be there. I understand we all have bad days but at least act like you enjoy your job.
