Arby’s on Lorna rd in Hoover, Al is always hit or miss. I thought with going early on a Saturday morning my food would be fresh. Boy was I wrong. The fries were cold and hard, the bread for the Greek gyro was stale. I trusted that it was gonna be fresh since I went in the inside, but they stood right there in my face and gave me old food. Disappointed is an understatement.

This location has the absolute most friendly staff I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru at 11 am. The staff were more than genuine... I couldn't have ask for better. Sincerely, Angela Drummond
Overall, this is the best Arby's in the area. I usually come here twice a week or more. Whoever was working your drive thru window on Wednesday August 28th 12:30 acted like I was interrupting his day by coming through. He surely did not want to be there. I understand we all have bad days but at least act like you enjoy your job.
