Messed up my order and gave wrong food, was very annoyed when I asked for cup of water, biscuits tasted awful and chicken pieces still had chicken hair in it.

Asked for a 2 pc wing and breast with green beans and fries. Well my daughter was picking me up dinner. I live in Homewood and she lives in Hoover. I wanted the 2 pc breast and wing. Got Cole slaw which was ok. But I got a leg and a thigh and stale, stale, stale fries. The workers need to stop playing, laughing and deliver what's asked for. She will be coming back showing her receipt and a picture. She needs to be compensated with the correct meal. SHAME ON BOJANGLES ??????. Plus the phone line is busy. Which means it's off the hook. Shame, shame, shame. Poor service. Need new managers and and employees. Bojangles was good when they first opened. I now give them an F+

I’m from Texas. We tried this place just for grins and giggles. That resulted in us eating at several different locations. We loved it. The Blueberry Sausage Biscuit sounded so strange, we had to order it. It was great. I was totally surprised. The real winner was the Chicken Hot Dog. It’s a good price for a tasty chicken strip in a bun. I wish they sold the sauce by the bottle.

People at drive through attitude is dry and the food is even dryer. I can take the attitude but there is no reason for the food to be so bad. This biscuits need to be soaked in water before eating.

Ordered a large family meal. No gravy for the potatoes Also the chicken fingers that came with the family meal were extremely hard and dried without even eating them it shows how bad they are Ran out of biscuits so they gave me blueberry biscuits

I was so excited because I rarely get to the east to eat Bojangles. I grew up in the southeast but live in the midwest now. The chicken was dry and cold and frankly hugely disappointing. It was about 2pm so maybe that is why?? I want to give grace but a restaurant should be prepared for customers no matter the time of day.

The food was good but the service at this Bojangles needs a lot of work. To many employees talking about everything and not doing their jobs. And they weren't very busy at all.

Was in the drivethrough and they told me to hold on for a minute as 12 mins pasted by I gave up and went inside as I saw them laughing and talking instead of taking orders, then told me to wait inside, I replied I'm not waited for you to finish your conversation and left. This isn't the first time this has happened, the staff is lazy and horrible at their job, all of them need to be fired. I've had times where I'd have to wait 20 mins to get my food. This place js far from fast food.
The food was great! No one was at the counter when I walked in. The dining area was pretty dirty however, 2 workers and the manager were sitting in the dining area; I assume on break because they were on their cell phones. You would figure they saw the mess.

I asked for side- mash potatoes w”gravy, I got mash potatoes w” white sausage gravy(the potatoes were cold), & the pintos taste like bake beans,they weren’t hot ??!
I tend to always visit early, 5/5:30am, lights are almost always off but theres always a warm welcome on the intercom! Service is great food is fresh
