We went on $7 Bang Bang Shrimp Wednesdays. It was a vibe. Got 2 orders of those and Bang Bang Fries. We ordered a side of creamed spinach to mix in with the fries like a dip. So good.

Bonefish Grill is one on my All Time favorite fish and seafood restaurants!!! Excellent food and wonderful atmosphere!!! First class restaurant and I highly recommend Bonefish Grill for lunch or dinner!!!

We stopped in after a long drive from Missouri for dinner. After a slow start and switching tables, things were great. Our server, Mark, was very attentive and courteous. The manager also came over and chatted with us for a bit, very understanding and accommodating.No complaints about the food at all...the brussel sprouts were delicious, and so was the chicken marsala.

I Was There On 01/21/2023. My Servers Name Was Dottie J. When It Was Time For Us To Leave She Handed Me The Ticket And I Gave Her My Debit Card. She Came Back With A Receipt She Put The Receipt In A Clear Bag Along With The Bottle Of Wine I Had Purchased. She Then Said, "Have A Nice Day, I Put A Receipt In The Bag So That No One Will Say Anything To You When You Walk Out". After That Me And My Guest Left. After An Hour I Realized I Had Left My Cell Phone. I Went Back And Spoke With Dottie And She Said, "You Ran Off On The Ticket So I Gave Your Phone To The Police". At This Point I Was Completely Confused... If The Transaction Didnt Go Through Why Would She Come Back With A Receipt And Tell Us To Have A Nice Day Instead Of Coming Back And Telling Me That The Card Declined. If I Had Known The Card Declined I Would Have Paid Using A Different Card. I Spoke To A Police Officer And He Told Me That I Needed To Wait Until Monday To Get My Phone. I Went The Entire Day Sunday Without My Cell Phone And It Cost Me Lost Wages. I Am A Delivery Driver So Me Having My Cell Phone Is Necessary. I Went Back To The Restaurant On 01/22/2023 To Pay For The Meal And I Talked To Someone Who Referred To Himself As The Kitchen Manager About My Experience But He Was Completely Dismissive. He Said To Me, "She Didnt Do Anything Wrong You Did. You Walked Off On The Ticket Not Her". The Issue That I Have With This Experience Is That She Gave Me The Impression That The Transaction Went Through By Handing Me A Ticket And Telling Us To Bye. She Never Once Told Me That The Transaction Declined. This Incident Caused Humiliation Embarrassment And Lost Wages.

Great food and wonderful service. We sat at the bar since there was a wait and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The 2 guys at the bar were great! Highly recommend boom boom shrimp. I got the tacos!

This was the first time we ate at Bonefish Grill and I’m so glad this location was chosen! As soon as we stepped inside the restaurant, we were greeted by 3 different people and they accommodated us in a spacious and cozy booth. Our server Alaynah was outstanding! We had questions about the menu since this was our first time & she was very knowledgeable & patient with us. She constantly checked on us and asked for feedback. I absolutely loved her! We will be coming back very soon when we pass through this area. The service here alone makes you want to come back and the food is great! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Nothing was left on the plate. Thank you for great service and thank you to the chefs for a great meal! ??
My experience was absolutely amazing. My waiter, Joey J, made the best dinner recommendations and he was also extremely welcoming. The steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes had so much flavor. The pineapple martini was so fruity and delicious. This was also the best tuna I’ve ever had in my life. If you come here ask for Joey J, he provides phenomenal service.

We had such a pleasant experience at dinner for my husbands birthday. The sweetest hostess named Rory met us at the door. Our waiter, Caleb and waiter in training,Trevor were both incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone was so welcoming, made the atmosphere very inviting. The food and the happy hour drinks were delicious! It was refreshing to have a nice dining experience that included fast service and superb attitudes!
