Hello, I would like to let everyone know how amazing Bus's Best Cookies custom service is and Mr Jeffery McClure went way above all expectations. My Wife and I were on a road trip and we stopped at "The Texan" gas station in Schulenburg Texas and I purchased their Lemon Cream cookies. I looked through their selection and chose them because they are cholesterol free and zero trans fat. We got back to our truck and I had a couple of them; really great flavor! I was super impressed with them. I got to the third one and it had no cream followed by the next 4. The left side of the package only had one with the lemon cream. Disappointing because they are so good. Even without the cream, the plain cookie was still very tasty. I sent Bud's Best Cookies an email with the intent of just letting them know about the situation. I wasn't asking for anything. Mr McClure replied the next day and offered to send replacement cookies. He not only sent the lemon cream cookies, but to our surprise, he sent a very nice variety of other products for us to enjoy. This company has earned a new customer and we will be be recommending them to family and friends. They are amazing cookies and their customer service is beyond excellent!

I was there to pick up a ld checked in guy who loaded my truck was very nice and helpful to check in go to the first door after approaching dock area ty good luck be safe

Went for the tour with my 6 year old grandson, not knowing they stopped it when Covid hit. Boo!!

The ginger snaps are absolutely delicious!!! Perfect to dunk in hot coffee. I see another review from seven months ago where tours are no longer being offered… is this still true? It’s close enough that we thought it might be a fun date idea! ?

I am 70 yrs. old and I love Bud's Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I eat them every morning with my coffee. My husband likes the Peanut Butter cookies. They are affordable for us as we are on a fixed income. Thank you Bud's Best.

We love Bud's Best. They are no longer doing the tours sadly. I took our kids and was hoping to take our grandkids. Still enjoying the cookies either way.

Package says lots of real chocolate chips. The cookies themselves not so much. Had lots without any chocolate chips. Not impressed.

Less than an hour to load. Workers very friendly.
