I've eaten at this BK many times and always had good service and hot food. Today has to be the worst. No cars in drive thru. Took almost 20 minutes for the person to take my order and get my food. And it was Luke warm burger and onion rings. Disappointed.

Slowest service in Birmingham.. Consistently Slow.. Today there was literally ONE lady in the drive thru in front of me. She and I sat there for at least 10 minutes. NOTHING!! I finally drove off. This is Typical of this location. You folks just need to go ahead and CLOSE up shop. PATHETIC

Second Burger King today that I have gone to to try to get some chicken sandwiches earlier than at lunch they gladly made my food, hot and fresh to order the employee at the front counter was very helpful and happy the store was clean and the food is fresh and hot as is should be good Burger King , awesome job staff at the store

Ordered Wooper Jr meal. Was told afterwards no fries, are onion rings ok. No, how about cheese sticks. Out also. Get refund and charged just drink & sandwich. Eatting, top bun stail, go to counter and get it replaced. Same again. Go to counter tell just refund sandwich. Lady ask want whole thing refunded, sure. Now my thinking is for all the trouble I keep drink. Nope she took it and tossed into trash.
Bacon King was delicious. Burger King burgers are hard to beat in the fast food game

This place is a joke very very slow, nuggets taste like they came off the floor rock hard. They never get my order correct, the patty melt bacon thing they have tasted like it was made yesterday, the only good thing to get here is the cheesy tots and i think thats just because they are made when you order. Very disappointed in this burger king they need help soon as possible

Roomie went and picked my online order up for me. Onion rings came WITHOUT the zesty sauce for the 2nd time at this location. Double Whopper with Cheese had half cheese (1 slice for 2 patties) and almost no mayo and barely any ketchup. The onions on it were rubbery and the tomatos were less than fresh. The only good part was the pickles and the drink.
This is the 2nd time in about a week that this BK has failed me with something very similar happening with another order consisting of a Texas Double Whopper having too much bacon and NO CHEESE or pickles (in spite of asking for extra pickles)
I highly suggest you take a long, hard look at your employees who you have working the grill and sandwich prep and make sure they have been trained properly cause judging from the looks of these orders....they have NOT.

was told to pull forward, so we did. fifteen minutes later no food, so we pull back into drive thru to check. the white girl at the window with the crazy lipstick saw us behind the other car, and when we got to the window she acted like she went outside to check for us. ma'am, 20 minutes for a little ass burger is crazy. then getting smart when we said we went back up to the window bc it was taking a long time and we wanted to make sure you didn't forget us.... okay..... go off i guess
