One of the worst Burger Kings. I was standing there so long with nobody in sight even though they were open I even called while I was in line still nobody came. This Burger King is pathetic.

By far the worst Burger King I've been to. Only 1 employee working and she was slow with a bad attitude. I was the only one there and she took 15 mins just to get my impossible whopper out. When I got home was when I realized the patty was completely burnt. Waste of money and time. Drive the extra miles to another burger king, trust me.

I go there a lot more often now because I moved closer to one. They’ve never messed up my order, even during Covid when there were only two women working and we bought a family size amount of food! They were so nice and took great care of us!!

I admit I do not frequent BK or any other fast burger places, but I was curious about the Impossible Whopper. The hype is everywhere. No beef. But it does list cholesterol as an ingredient and that comes from only animal sources. Anyway, it looks like beef, smells like beef, has the consistency of beef - but the taste is beefish at best. I'm glad I tried it, but I'd rather get a Boca Burger or a Garden Burger.

I really wish I could give it negative stars but you have to give at least one. I visited this location on today and the customer service was let's say well very lacking. My order was given to me incorrectly and when I told them about it the gentleman told me that it was wrong because he was rushing. He then takes it back to correct it and then tells me after he gives it back to move down to check my order so that he could wait on the customer that had just walked up. When it told him that I needed to make sure it was right he then gets an attitude with me and tells me that I can go somewhere else and check my order. He also threatened me and told me that he would come from around the counter and kick my you know what. I would not advise for anyone to go to this establishment.

The restaurant is new and clean. I got my dinner there, waited for 5-8 minutes. The food is cooked to order, that's probably why the wait. I was happy with the temperature of the sandwich and fries I got.
Service needs some improvement. Food was luke warm.

We literally stood in an empty lobby for 4-5 minutes behind Walmart employees who weren't ordering because the BK workers and Walmart workers wanted to talk and flirt instead of greet and take care of customers. Then on top of that they ALL saw is waiting and continued to laugh and snicker instead of doing their job!! I COMPLETELY understand why the entire lobby was empty even though it's inside a Walmart.

This is the millionanth time they mess up my order . I asked for a whopper it didn't come with sauce and it was missing tomatoes . Can you guy fire the night staff because they really don't care . And I will be finding a new burger place to go to . I give so many chances thinking they would care tonight but nope . My husbands whopper didn't have any sauce either it's ridiculous . We don't ask for anything to crazy .
