This was my 2nd visit to Cava since they opened.. I was so Thankful that Cassey waited on me in the line.She was the only employee working the line and she was so professional and wanted to make sure you were happy with your choices … Cassey was very efficient and the line was growing she continued to work very hard!! The overall restaurant was dirty, trash overflowing , tables dirty and appeared short staffed..I really appreciate employees like Cassey to step up to the plate and work so hard!!

I came in tonight and wasn't pleased with my bowl, and I wasn't getting anywhere. The manager came up quickly and showed so much concern and apologized for the mistake, and she immediately fixed the issue. Thank you, Tammy, for the best bowl and quick service. You are amazing, and you really care about those that come in. I will be back. I had the Steak and Harissa bowl.

I love CAVA and the food, but recently whenever i visit this location the employees always have an attitude and are stingy with everything, less grains, scoops of hummus are scrapped off, etc. It feels like they don’t wanna work here or they just want to save the extra food and take it home or they are saving for the other day so they dont have to work. I saw some people saying things get worse 2 hours before closing, YES! Thats is the truth. I recommend the CAVA in Homewood better ambience better people better food!

Came In 30 minutes before closing. The line looked awful the manager Tammy was rude said she wasn’t cooking anymore food take it or leave it. I will not be back to this location she needs to be fired

Decided to order Cava take-out tonight and use my free drink reward on a Large sweet tea. When I arrived (1 hour before closing) one of the employees (short mixed/hispanic woman) poured every single beverage out. Couldn’t get a chance to get my sweet tea so I decided on another drink. Worst mistake I made, their mexican cola tasted awful. To top it off, the grains and greens bowl I ordered had UNDERCOOKED rice in it. I’m definitely not a fan of crunchy rice. Very upset about this past visit. Cava should hire people who actually wanna work there and not get attitudes with customers who simply wanted sweet tea and rice cooked the CORRECT WAY.

One of our favorite growing fast food chains! Cava delivers some of the best eastern med options around. As an added bonus its healthy!
The first time I ate here, the service and the food was impeccable. Tonight, I'm not sure what was going on. They were out of pitas two hours before closing. I tried to build a bowl (like I did last time) with rice and a lettuce mix. The young lady told me I would have to pay extra to have both (or I could do a half and half). Although I was confused, I asked her to work it out to where I could get what I was requesting. She continued to question me when I made it clear what I wanted to order several times. I just ended up leaving. I was stopping through for travel, so I will simply visit the Cava in Montgomery, my next stop. I'm sure it will be less frustrating.
