We were not charmed. The entrees were fine, not great, but they were a bit basic in spice, and I ordered Thai Hot. Other than that, the appetizers were mediocre at best. The fried rolls were crispy on the outside but watery and mush on the inside. The fresh rolls, which are listed on the menu at 7.95 but we were charged 9.95 for them, were a complete letdown. They were very bland and even the peanut sauce they served with was somewhat bland. In addition, there is a 20% tip added without your permission to the total. Luckily the service was ok if a bit slow, but a 20% built in gratuity, for two people, is inappropriate. I should decide the gratuity, not my server. Overall, most likely will not return. I don't forsee this restaurant lasting that long, especially with Blue Pacific (excellent food with deep deep flavor) right down the road. However, Blue Pacific was closed (really, why even keep business hours if you're not going to follow them or only follow them when you want to?), so this was the place we ate. But we probably won't ever go back.

Just came in, Empty restaurant, got the menu after 5 min of sitting by myself and then , no one even showed up to take an order. Just me with no one that really care for customers. Very sad

Really good food, service was a bit off, and I'm not sure that was the servers fault. She was alone and several sets of diners arrived close to together. Regardless she was nice, helpful, and worked hard to get our food out food was traditional Thai, with a fresh avocado twist that delightfully surprised me with my curry.

I have tried lots of Thai restaurants and Charm Thai stands above all! The food always tastes fresh, with plenty of flavor, and the atmosphere is always calming. They have plenty of vegetarian option (tofu).
We go here on a monthly basis and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
We bring our 3 year old with us and he always has a great time as well.

We have eaten here before and it was amazing. However this past Saturday we arrived at 11:15 and no one was there. We waited until 11:25 and no one showed up. Saturday was not a holiday, there was no note on the door and we were within the posted hours. It was incredibly odd and frustrating.

The service, as well as the family that owns this place, is wonderful & the food is incredible! It is as authentic as it gets. We came here to celebrate our anniversary & I’m so glad we tried somewhere new as it seems we have discovered a local gem for Thai cuisine. We ordered 3 Thai teas, the (Japanese inspired I believe) chicken skewer appetizer, chicken Tom kha soup, Panang curry, spicy Thai fried rice, mango sticky rice & the fried banana with ice cream. Everything was fresh & delicious!
