I placed an order with Uber Eats. I had my food in less than 30 min. I asked for many different special requests. They accommodated everything but the spicy hot. However, they use real orange in their orange chicken plus white ginger and Peabody. Egg roll was delicious. Spicy peanut wonton were good but salty. Food was still steaming. Great job.

My husband, daughter, and I ate here for the first time tonight. The Mongolian beef was some of the best we have ever consumed. The beef was tender and flavorful. The onions were fresh. Sauce had a slightly sweet taste. My daughter had steamed shrimp dumplings and she said they were delicious as well. The servers were extremely attentive. Will definitely return.

Today is my third time here and it's the best visit yet! We went with a larger group and ordered a few extra dishes. Two of the best dishes today were not on the menu but rather part of the blackboard specials - sweet pea leaves and tofu and sliced beef in stone pot. Highly recommend these two! Also surprisingly good was the "Lion's Head" meatballs....better than many others I have had. Our server was great. I didn't catch her name but she was the only female server I saw there today.

We ordered takeout for the first time and everything was delicious. The egg rolls were hot and crispy. We shared house lomein, Mongolian beef and garlic chicken. Each dish had unique flavors and ingredients were very fresh. We want to dine in next time and try the griddle pan dishes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the menu prices being high for the portions.

I just came to this city and was unfamiliar with everything. I heard from my friends that a Chinese restaurant had just opened here. They have classic American Chinese food and traditional Chinese-style dishes.

They really put a lot of thought into the decoration. The painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival at the entrance was a replica of the original from the Qing Dynasty.
The crystal chandeliers in the hall are very
beautiful !

I have eaten here many times. Pan fried dumplings and Mongolian Beef is my favorite.😍 Traditional Chinese dishes : twice-cooked pork, Chongqing spicy chicken, and golden soup lion head (meat ball), Spicy chicken in Flaming Pan is awesome 🤩,(Exactly the same as what they published in the HOOVER newspaper.)

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and I ordered fried dumplings and beef noodles for the kids. The 12 year old boy had a huge bowl of noodles soup!

This certainly wasn't my least favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bham area, but there are a few reasons I gave it 3 stars. Firstly, they got my order wrong. I asked for a spring roll and got an egg roll instead. Secondly, the egg fried rice was literally just fried rice without any other components whatsoever. There were maybe two small chunks of egg in it and nothing else- no bits of meat or veggies to speak of. The fortune cookies were stale (I guess?). I've never seen fortune cookies bend and flex into their original flat shape, so I'm assuming that means they're stale. Lastly, for $35 before the delivery fee and tip, the portions were miniscule. Like I said, the flavor by no means was the worst I've had here, but for the order accuracy, prices, and tiny portions, I'll just stick with Red Pearl.
