Came here today for the first time and got their Veterans Day special. The lady who took my order (Gwendolyn, I think?) was SO sweet and friendly. The crew was extremely efficient getting all the cars through. Maybe a little too efficient. The young guy who brought my food to the car was nearly hit a couple times, so I would just suggest that he be a little more vigilant. Otherwise, a great experience!

Breakfast is a joke here. Maybe I'm crazy, but it seems to burn off faster than any other food we eat??? Back hungry very quickly.

Until tonight, I was a regular customer. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles, add Colby jack cheese. When I received the order, it had pepper jack cheese instead. The little rude girl with the glasses was very unfriendly (I've never encountered anyone like her at Chick-fil-a) when I told her nicely that the order was wrong. She just basically snatched it out of my hand and sent it to the back. No apology, just nasty attitude. When she returned, she gave me the exact same sandwich that I'd given her, only with the correct type of cheese, (with an attitude). Who does that? I should have gotten a new fresh sandwich because it had been touched by numerous individuals. SHE NEVER even apologized. To have my intelligence insulted like that really rubbed me the wrong way. I had to get out of my car and go into the store. I told the manager on duty what happened. He was nice, apologized, and gave me a new sandwich. However, when I told him about the rude girl at the drive through he seemed very indifferent as though her behavior was okay. Actually we just stared at each other for a few seconds. He finally said that he would "talk to her about it." That little girl with the glasses and ponytail working at the drive through needs to learn how to treat customers. She has a snappy little attitude that I found very offensive. Although I have been a long time customer, I don't think I'll be back for a while!
The night shift was extremely rude. No customers inside of the restaurant when I walked in the team continued their personal conversations and showing videos on their cell phones. I felt extremely ignored. Will not visit again.

Staff very helpful and nice, the grounds looked very maintained, I got a # one with the Coca-Cola which is a chicken sandwich, and waffle fries, then I also got to order of chicken nuggets, and two pups and a cup and it was all incredibly good
