Me and my family went in to eat after a long day at the car dealership one of my favorite restaurants so we decide to go in and eat we got our order 2 times wrong and the manger on duty Jordin wasn't any help and act as if my husband was getting on her nerve about fixing the food the correct way. Very rude never had this type of experience even other staff on duty was rude and not friendly I willnt be visiting anymore!!!

I have been here many times but tonight I placed an order through the mobile app. I ordered a diet lemonade for my wife who is a type one diabetic and we did not realize until it was far too late that she received regular lemonade. I understand people make mistakes but now someone’s careless mistake is causing my wife to feel sick because her glucose won’t come down. Please pay more attention to people ordering diet anything because all it takes is someone not realizing it quick enough and then they are stuck sick until they are able to get their glucose under control.

Who doesn't love some Chick-fil-A once and awhile? I always get one of the yummy, thick, and delicious vanilla milkshakes with whipped cream and NO cherry. I don't get the cherry because it's always soggy and mushy. Sorry! But they are. I love to dip the waffle fries in the milkshake which my kids started doing when they were small. I don't really eat the chicken, but my family enjoys it when we eat out. We are not a big fast-food or restaurant kind of people anymore. We have changed the way we eat and when we do eat out its not very often. I do love getting the milkshakes, and the staff is always friendly and the service is quick. We always order ahead of time online, so it's especially easy for pick up as you just provide the first name and the letter of the last name. They do ask you if you want to add any additional items, and if my doggy comes with me to pick up the food, they will gladly add a pup cup for free! This is a small container of whipped cream that my dog enjoys, but she looks forward to the employee pets and friendly hellos as we go through the drive-thru to grab the order! So, we do enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A for milkshakes and pup cups, even if I don't eat the normal menu items, there are other items that I enjoy just as much as others love the chicken! Thanks, Chick-fil-A! I just gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it is a fast-food restaurant, no matter how you roll the dice!
