Ordered an egg bowl, the sauces were left out the bag, we specifically asked for them. Staff still forgot to put in bag. Called, spoke to saturday morning manager. Who was apologetic however he did not offer a resolution. Very unhappy with services at this location- Riverchase/John Hawkins.

Today, I went through the drive-thru and placed a mobile order—just as I did on Thursday, May 8th—but was told it couldn’t be honored because it wasn’t showing up in the app on your end. The receipt was already in my bag, confirming the mobile order, yet the staff still refused to honor it.
I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled, as it didn’t reflect the level of customer service I expect. I’d appreciate it if someone could look into this.

Ive ordered thrice online from this store , they literally miss one item every single time, once nuggets, another sandwich and fries, they have sent me nuggets no sauce and drink, today there is sandwich missing
