This review send unfair because I'm comparing this Chick-Fil-A experience to the very high standard that has been set by many great experiences. This particular visit food was left out of my order we went back to the counter to detail what was missing. Some but not all of the items were brought to us, but this time we were give a spicy chicken biscuit instead of the original.
WORST Chick-fil-A ever. Ever since they opened, they've had service issues. I have had numerous bad experiences, always vowing never to return. Today I went through the drive-through (not very busy) and ordered a #1 meal. I was told at the window to pull around to the front. When I finally got my meal, the employee offered no apology (quite disagreeable actually). The service at this location might be okay at a McDonalds in a lower socioeconomic neighborhood, but definitely not a CFA.

Over 20 minutes to get a Biscuit in the Drive-Thru is ridiculous and the Landscaping has you locked in the line so you can't get out

Genuinely the slowest chick fil a drive through I’ve ever been in. The drive thru car line was backed up all the way to the road on a Monday at lunch and I only saw probably 3-4 people go through the mobile order only line in the 35 minutes I had to wait. Thought it would be easier to go to that location after leaving Target but I was so mad at myself when I realized just how slow the line was moving knowing I could have already been home eating my sandwich if I had gone to the other Hoover location (who has 2 lines open for all and is always lightening fast with more cars than this one had). Seeing the same type of reviews and the owner vehemently defending the long wait times makes me confident I will never be back at this location.

We had a small miscommunication while ordering, The good. Workers in here We're able to slow down and explain to us.And help make our meal extremely satisfactory.. Everyone here is extremely proper.I would suggest this chick fil a over any other one

Never have I gone to this location and the food or service has been great. Today, I visited for just a fry and sweet tea. They put the orders on a table outside so when you pull up they can hand it to you , however that would be somewhat efficient if the line actually moved. There was only one car in front of me at the window and after they received their food, we continued to remain in our spots. Meanwhile food is still being piled up on a table outside for anything to fly into. They even put an ice cream cone on table. You would think that while we wait, they would simply walk some food to to closest cars instead of just letting it sit there. After 2/3 minutes of waiting for the car in front of me to receive only “one drink” from the worker, they were able to leave. Once I received my fry and tea, my fry was cold and I simply left due to my time restraints on getting back to work. Although this location is closest to where I stay and more convenient for me, I will continue to use the one located near Parton creek. They must do better.

Look, I like this chickfila. So 5 star overall. But went last night and got a banana pudding milkshake. Assumed made with real bananas. Confirmed on the website made with real bananas. But I'm about 99.9% sure whatever they made me last night contained ZERO banana in it. It tasted like artificial banana candy. Must have been made with a banana syrup. It was GROSS. Did not consume. Unfortunately was a drive through visit so just had to toss and couldn't replace or let them know it was gross.
