I placed a mobile order at 10:25am for the chicken minis 4ct with hash browns & a large lemonade, I knew breakfast was about to end but on the app it was still allowing me to order. I proceeded to the restaurant and when I scanned the barcode to notify them I was there they cancelled my order. A worker walked to my vehicle and asked what I had and I informed him that my order was cancelled, so he asked what my order was and communicated through his headset to see if they had anything from it and they did so I payed again and once I got to the window they said they were out of hash browns and asked did I want a parfait and I declined and got my refund. All in all I’ve never had any issues with Chick-fil-A, but this experience had a lot of misunderstandings between whether they had my items or not.

Takes FOREVER at this store to get your order
Completely disappointed with CFA this morning. I have gone to this location for years and have a Saturday morning routine to take my dog with me to get a pup cup. She looks forward to this each weekend and gets so excited to go to CFA. I asked for a pup cup this morning and they said they are no longer offering those due to new management. Note to management: You just lost a loyal customer due to a stupid decision on your part.
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Great experience if you have a nice podcast to listen to.

Waited in line over 25 minutes for a mobile order of literally hash browns and 4 chicken minis. I do not recommend coming to this location if you want to get anything in a timely manner. This happens repeatedly!

Food is great. Service is slow. The mobile thru lane is definitely pointless. Still stuck in long lines and put after the people ordering in the regular line

The manager and team here give the same service u get in the hood at Popeyes. Several upset customers tonight. I hope someone looks into it I never imagine Chick-fil-A service could be this deplorable. Where were the employees at? Drive through shut down early refused service took 20 minutes for the last truck to get there food made everyone behind who “thought” they could order wait instead of having the car pull to a parking space to at least let the cars behind LEAVE I’ll never be back, the new one on John Hawkins is hands down the best in Hoover these young kids and lazy workers at the grove suck-bad.
I need to speak to someone about the service I received tonight - none. This place is the worst Chick-fil-A in the state and needs a new manager. I had to come back for sponging missing out of my previous order they were rude and unhelpful let people sit in line forever just to not take their order because they started shutting down early. Awful awful awful service
