Inadvertently went through the mobile lane, 1 car was in the regular order lane and gentleman want not allow me to order. He sent me all the way through the drive thru lane! Will not be returning to the Grove!

You need to put play places back in all locations. That was the one place you go to for lunch on long trips so your kids could work off some energy before getting back in the car. And parents could relax with kids playing.

We are a chic-fil-A eating family. This location is one of the WORST!! We Stopped patronizing this location for almost a year due to bad service. We noticed the new look of construction & decided to give them another try. The building is New the Service is the same. We were pulled around to wait on our order, once I arrived home was missing a sandwich asked if I could go pick it up the next day, not wanting to leave out after just arriving home after 9pm. I was told they could ONLY send me a card,& it will arrive between 2. & 3 days. My daughter is autistic & it was her sandwich good thing we had extra she was given her Dads. Chic fil A the company will always have our business, BUT!! The Grove location Will NOT!!

This review send unfair because I'm comparing this Chick-Fil-A experience to the very high standard that has been set by many great experiences. This particular visit food was left out of my order we went back to the counter to detail what was missing. Some but not all of the items were brought to us, but this time we were give a spicy chicken biscuit instead of the original.
WORST Chick-fil-A ever. Ever since they opened, they've had service issues. I have had numerous bad experiences, always vowing never to return. Today I went through the drive-through (not very busy) and ordered a #1 meal. I was told at the window to pull around to the front. When I finally got my meal, the employee offered no apology (quite disagreeable actually). The service at this location might be okay at a McDonalds in a lower socioeconomic neighborhood, but definitely not a CFA.

Over 20 minutes to get a Biscuit in the Drive-Thru is ridiculous and the Landscaping has you locked in the line so you can't get out

Genuinely the slowest chick fil a drive through I’ve ever been in. The drive thru car line was backed up all the way to the road on a Monday at lunch and I only saw probably 3-4 people go through the mobile order only line in the 35 minutes I had to wait. Thought it would be easier to go to that location after leaving Target but I was so mad at myself when I realized just how slow the line was moving knowing I could have already been home eating my sandwich if I had gone to the other Hoover location (who has 2 lines open for all and is always lightening fast with more cars than this one had). Seeing the same type of reviews and the owner vehemently defending the long wait times makes me confident I will never be back at this location.

They keep making mistakes with my orders. First no top bun on sandwich and next time a sandwich missing. The food is great when they get an order correct.
