I'll keep it simple.. Called the store to talk to a manager because his employee didn't include items ordered to go. I didn't realize til I got home. Manager's initial response is, "Come back and get it."
If it was that easy, I would have. Why do you think I'm calling instead??
At the end, he pretty much stated that nothing he can do.
I'm done going to Chick fil A... sandwiches have gotten smaller and if management can't value my time, I rather go somewhere else.

placed a $15 mobile breakfast order, never was told that if i arrived at 10:35, that i wouldn’t get any of my food and that CFA would hold my money for the next 2 days. ive spent so much money here for the manager to not care at all and tell me theres nothing they can do over it. bs that i wouldnt expect from cfa

What kind of fast food restaurant doesn’t have drive-through? This one. They have curbside parking spots, but I assume you have to use an app for that.

This place is really small and doesn’t have a drive thru and place feels odd but better service unlike any other Chick-fil-A and Food was of course good 🤔
Always a positive experience here, lately I've been ordering the hashbrown scramble burrito with chicken nuggets to give my breakfast a 700 calorie bump. This location isn't super busy most mornings and it's 5 mins from work so it's super convenient to stop at on my way in.

You all need more options! Like HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! I swallowed another human’s HAIR! I couldn’t even get all of it out of my throat! I’m so nauseous!!! And can’t wait to throw up! I cannot believe the low level of service that i’ve been receiving at this 1488 location. This tops the darn cake! A refund was given but this does not fix anything for me!!!! You all need to do BETTER. But I will NEVER return! However, Your continuing customers need to beware!!
