save your money and sanity this location always has some kind of issue, weather it’s the system being down for long times or being out of EVERYTHING. They are severely understaffed and overall BAD if you live in hoover go to the one by the galleria instead!!!!!

Location was obviously understaffed on weekend at 2pm. Tables were dirty, food was left all over the stations up front. One of the girls working the line was doing everything as best as she could, as the other girl working the end of the station/register was slow. Food was basically normal quality.

This location seems to have management issues. Either they are understaffed or do not properly manage who they have working. On this last visit, they were out of many items (steak being one of them). I switch my order to chicken and they prepared my order (bowl). After paying, they communicated they were out of eating utensils! How in the world did they expect us to eat our bowls without utensils? With our fingers?? Poor, poor customer service. We had to drive down to another nearby fast food restaurant and ask them for a fork!

If you plan on getting chipotle and you live in Hoover, I highly recommend you travel the extra few miles to go to the one off of highway 31. There have been several times I have gone to this chipotle and food is out of stock and won’t be ready for another hour or so. Staffing is not good here, they are severely understaffed and the staff they have are not being properly trained. Communication here is not good either, staff will not communicate properly to the cook to prep more chicken/rice/meat/etc. This is very disappointing as a few months ago this chipotle was decent, but the decline of this location is severe and I will not be visiting it again.

NEVER EVER GO HERE, the food is okay on a good day, HOWEVER the customer service you will experience is very disappointing and rude. GOD FORBID u get a fork or spoon or even told if they are out of utensils OR ingredients, they just send u on ur way with a bowl u did not order and are told to scoop it up with ur hands…im from tuscaloosa, even i would pick the chipotle in tuscaloosa over this bro…read those reviews bro like come on

This Chipotle was my favorite Chipotle around but lately the workers are so rude and inconsiderate. Today they were out of forks and it seems like they out of everything everyday one day it's forks one day it's sour cream one day is chips it's like so horrible here and idk why they hired the worst women to work the Chipotle lane and I say women because every time I go here it's always a women working who has the most meanest attitude ever

I ordered a steak bowl online and when I went to go and pick it up the employee at the window tells me that they are out of steak and that I would need to get a refund online… didn't bother to call and let me know about that?? Was my first time going there and im NEVER going there again!!
Rating customer service 1 star because it won’t let you rate it lower. Honestly sad how bad the customer service is at this location. Will never go back.

I’m assuming they let my favorite worker go so i won’t be back to this location. J always made my food to my liking , was one of the best workers there, they always had him running around while others just stood there looking around . They should really just do away with this location, even the management is terrible . They are always out of things like lettuce … it just doesn’t make sense . This has to be one of the worst chipotles there is. Then it’s one boy that works the line that wipes any left over food that on the counter right into your bowl as he’s making it , they are nasty as hell in there .

This was the worst chipotle experience that I’ve ever had. I asked for the same amount of chicken as the person before me had and then also the person behind me and the girl gave me 1 piece of chicken and said she would have to charge me double if I want more. The manager was no better and doesn’t have any customer service skills. I watched the person before me ask for more chicken with no issue and no additional money charged. Please train the night staff at this Chipotle.

To go orders are never ready on time. Pickup order was supposed to be at 11:20. They didnt have anyone on the side bar until 11:30 making order. This has been going on for months now. This store is a joke to the Chipotle name. Going to go to Cava from now.
