My online order was absolutely terrible there was basically no meat in my bowl whatsoever then when I called to complain I had to talk to an automated system that instructed me to enter a chat through an email to get my problem resolved and thats not counting the other night we had to place online orders in-order to get white rice because they kept burning it im never going back there again

We love chipotle and have eaten it for years. Whoever is running this location truly needs to step in and change things here. I’m not one to leave reviews like that but when it’s over and over again, it’s time for something to be said. We placed our pick up order for 6:00 pick up. We arrived at 5:55 and sat at the window for 20 minutes for them to fix a burrito, salad bowl and 3 kids meals. We watched as the workers casually talked and hung out like there was no hurry at all. Never once coming back to the window or even look our way at all. To top it off, there was only rice in one of the kids meals… no quesadilla at all. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. It’s nearly every time.

I had severe food poisoning after eating at this place. It is very disappointing to find meat when a vegetarian menu item is ordered. I had to throw away the rest after finding meat. Not going back to Chipotle after this. Next morning I had severe food poisoning. Potentially because the ingredients (sofrita, cheese) were not properly stored and became contaminated by evening time.

Every time we decide to pick up food from Chipotle on Amber Dr Hoover,AL they are out of nearly all their food. It doesn’t matter what time we go, the wait is longer than it should be. Last night was even worse than normal as far as the wait time was concerned. It took 25 minutes to get 2 bowls of food. There are always excuses as to why enough food isn’t cooked. There were 4 employees up front and only one was working on serving. The other guys were just standing there visiting. The host yelled at me when I calmly suggested others needed to be plating the food. The only remedy to this clown show is to stay away from it.
Sean, Bri, Zon, and Argo are a great asset to this company. Ever since they have been managing, this Chipotle has been running like a well oiled machine. The food quality is always superb and I am greeted with a warm welcome every time I walk in. This is the only chipotle in town that I go to.

9/14/25 approx 1:58pm walked into this location and I’m very much disappointed because this is my go to location. As I was approaching the counter I could see one of the employees near the window area picking with her nose. She then rubbed it, whether snot or boogers, on her pants. She grabbed a brown napkin and wiped her nose. Once she saw me at the counter area to order she grabbed a set of gloves and came over to take my order. I changed my mind and walked out. To be picking with your nose and not wash your hands is absolutely disgusting. She put the gloves on like the germs from her hands didn’t touch the outside of the gloves which would be touching the utensils and the container my food would be in. Please train your employees on proper hand washing procedures. Do better!

This was my first time ever eating at chipotle the workers were very nice answering any questions i had prepared my food with care. The portions size was way more than i expected i ate off that bowl for 2 days the food was very good and everything tasted fresh

This Chipotle was very good. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner than most other locations I’ve visited, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was served warm—which, as a longtime Chipotle fan, I can say isn’t always the case—and that made the meal stand out. It’s definitely a step up from the Tuscaloosa location. Overall, an easy four out of five stars
