I have been here twice and the food is delicious! I have had the bang bang shrimp wrap, a bowl and a black bean burger. Definitely one of the best blackbean burgers I have ever had! I gave it 4 stars because I ordered a Large bowl today and although the food was exceptional, my portion size did not reflect the size I ordered whatsoever.

I was upset that I was told and encouraged to use app for my rewards after I was rang up and paid for 15 meals. No one was in the store so allowing me to set that up would have been greatly appreciated.

Specifically went because of the published menu - I am on a v low carb diet, wife needs gluten free. Asked cashier about an item on menu, she had to refer to the printed copy to answer. Chose item with the chickpea wrap, was told the chickpea wrap itself had been discontinued. Asked about options for the buffalo wrap, was told I could have as a bowl since they didn't have a low-carb wrap option. OK, I decided that was an OK solution. Then second staffer came out of kitchen and said "Out of blue cheese". At that point, I decided that I could do better making myself something at home.
Will not come back.

I was a newbie with high expectations. Really need a break from weekly food prep. I was greeted from the counter and thought that was their standard and started looking for meals. To my delight, I watched someone assist the customers that were there when i arrived. Next, I watched someone rush from behind the counter to greet the next customer through the door. Asked if they were new (they were) and assisted them with enthusiasm. I felt my money wasn't wanted or needed. There were only 3-4 customers at the time so it didn't feel like an oversight. I haven't tried the meals I bought yet (yes still spent my money). But won't return unless they are truly out of this world.

It’s a clean store filled with nice people. The food, however, is devoid of any flavor other than the plastic sauce container that you select. Clean Eatz means naked food - you add the sauce. If that’s your thing then you will love this place.
