Very nice dining experience with our large family group of 14. Restaurant was clean. Food was served quickly. Tony was very friendly and when the order was delivered he even came over to help everyone find their correct burgers!

The restaurant is FILTHY!! All the tables have trash on them or need to be wiped off!!!! No ketchup in the receptacles, trash laying near food receptacles, workers sleeping in booths .. maybe on break, lunch.. not sure, but not a good look when trash all over the tables! I had to lay napkins on the tables so I could put my food off the order tray. Where is the manager running this place??? Why is this ok???,

Failure after failure! The food is good about half of the time, assuming you get what you ordered. Wait times are long even when it's quiet, and over the past 5 years this Culver's has gotten increasingly crowded and doesn't appear to be able to keep up with staffing levels or team competence. It's not unique in fast food, it's just been an especially sad trajectory for a restaurant we always considered to be a cut above the norm. Unfortunately, they are the norm now. Only one of our last five orders has been correct on the first try. Double check what you get and don't leave until it's right!

A group of friends and I where coming back from a long weekend get away and stopped in the Hoover Al location. We have never had Culver's 1st off service was great friendly staff answering all of our questions. Very clean and the manger Tony was wonderful. He brought our food out spoke to use told me about the restaurant lots of knowledge. And just really likes his job and took pride in his crew. Most definitely will return next time we are in that area.
