I have not had an unpleasant experience here yet. Yesterday was my first inside visit and the customer service was amazing! David was extremely helpful, patient, and engaging. Elijah & the drive through staff are respectful and my order is always accurate. Kudos to the team that works at this location!!

There is a man with mustache who is working the register (11:50 am Sunday 1/11/26) who took all of our orders. He didnt listen to modifications and was rude when we asked for the custard we were waiting on. He kept rolling his eyes and making comments about having to get our things we were waiting on. Just a bad look, please get a different person during lunch rush on a Sunday. The younger woman was wonderful and helped the situation but the older gentleman needs to be off register bc he is miserable taking it out on everyone when this place is usually pleasant.
