The employees were friendly, restaurant was clean. I ordered the pizza when I got there. They made it and put it in quickly and 15 minutes later I was heading out. The pizza was good, the sale price was good. The only negative is that the topping were very light
Happy with everything.
The best pizzzzzzza spot in the hoover area, the restaurant is very clean and they have my favorite staff.

Had a simple order, asked can I please get my cheese on top over my toppings. I received my food not like I ordered. Which at this point was my third time getting an incorrect order from Domino’s on Lorna road. Joshua gets on the phone to tell me that he will not remake my pizzas. Very rude and unprofessional for someone trying to feed my brother in arms. Hey thanks for your disgraceful customer service Joshuan. Definitely will tell all of my servicemen and women to not come there.

After a long day at work, I used the app to order FASTER service, expecting efficiency. The app indicated my order was ready by 8:41 PM, and I arrived on time. However, when I inquired about my order, the staff told me, “It isn’t ready yet, one moment.” After waiting 20 minutes and observing other customers receiving their orders, I approached the counter again. Finally, a team member acknowledged that they had forgotten to prepare something from my order.
By the time I got home to eat with my family, our pizzas were cold. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication regarding my order's status. This experience reflects poorly on your service and demonstrates a disregard for customers’ time. I expect better accountability and attention to orders in the future.
Best experience for this dominos! I came here a couple months ago and management was not great at all. I wasn’t going to come back, but had to order pizzas for a party. Service was completely astonishing, will definitely come back. I can tell there is new management.

Terrible employees are confused and dont know what theyre doing. The quote manager is very inexperienced. I had to wait forever to get my food that was supposed to be ready in twelve minutes. Go to a different pizza shop!!

Stood in this restaurant for almost 15 minutes before the manager on duty said they weren’t accepting any orders. Horrible customer service. No apology or nothing. It’s always something with this location. This happen on 9/16 night shift

I ordered delivery pizza. This morning I was eating my leftovers and I took a bite. I saw something and I thought maybe it was a spice so I took it out. THERE WAS A ROACH IN MY PIZZA!!!!
Update: they gave me a refund and were very kind so I’m changing the review to 2 stars.
Ordered a pizza from here and after 2 hours of tracking it, I called the store and the man said I see your order here and it's on the way. "The driver is running behind. ' An hour later my order was cancelled by the store and legend has it that it's still on the way. Save yourself the disappointment. Also don't worry about complaining to Dominos corporate....they apparently don't have time to respond back to a complaint.
