single worst pizza place i have ever been to recently. if i could give it 0 stars i would.today i called to order a handmade pan pizza with sausage and mushroom (relevant, believe it or not) and garlic knots. the pizza itself arrived a little late. i think the app said 6:15 (?), can't remember the exact time, but it didn't get here until 7 ish. anyway, that wasn't the problem (a problem, yes, but not the reason i'm writing this review). the problem came when right after actually biting the pizza, it took me only a couple of minutes to feel nauseous, and a couple of minutes after that, i threw up. a clear sign of food poisoning from this pizza, right?well, the manager at this place either must hate his job or must really wanna get fired. idk, maybe both. i called the store and explained what had happened. the poor guy that picked up said he would go get his manager. the manager came over and asked what had happened. after i re explained it, he was like "well we all washed our hands and followed procedure yada yada yada", even though they clearly did not if i am calling in the first place. then he tried to push it as if i had some sort of sensitivity of sausage and mushrooms, despite the fact that's always what i get on my pizza and if i had any kind of sensitivity, i would've known by now. after asking the manager what he would do, he hung up.0/100 customer service. will absolutely be going to corportate. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Store Manager

Overcooked pizza undercooked wings. I ordered it yesterday and I file report online but I haven't heard anything from anyone. Today I figured out which store delivered it and called the store and the person said that they were the general manager, they were very rude, they hung up on me several times, they refused to refund my money, said that I should've contacted them the same day the delivery was made, provided absolutely poor customer service. It was a female that answered the phone who said she was the general manager and she needs to be fired. The only thing the manager said was that she turn the oven down because thin crest pizza makes it seem like it’s burned because the sauce comes to the top. That’s malarkey. You can’t really tell him the photo, but the wings were barely brown they don’t even look done, and the pizza was overdone. It’s so sad when companies have people like that that are “” managers, who don’t know how to take care of a customer. I still don’t have a refund, so I guess they charged dispute is next. Since there’s no adults in charge at this location.I wish I could assign a -3 stars.Do not order from this location!Do not order from this location!Do not order from this location!

Good service and pizza is usually prepared correctly. However this location upcharges more than other locations for certain ingredients or crust styles. I travel every week and order from Dominos for my clients often and it’s always higher here than anywhere else even with the coupons. And a free pizza here is always got a charge of some sort on some of the ingredients

Domino's has come a long way from when I last had their pizza (late 70's). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their puzza, for the cost, is hot, cheesy and tasty. The garlic bread knots are very crunchy and delicious. Their plain boneless chicken bites however hod a lot of pepper in the breading, so I probably won't be getting them again.

Tried them tonight for first time. Two pizzas—one gluten free and one regular crust. Both pizzas were excellent. The online order process was a breeze. Picked them up at the store.

Hello guys.I am one of the managers at this location.It does show on the app and online that we stay open until 12 and 1.But this being a new location we do not.We close at 11 on weekdays and 12 and Friday and Saturday.As much of your frustration I completely agree with and would rather it be right then wrong.We are working to get it approved to stay open until later Times but this is also a private franchise.But we are doing our best with what we have to make sure everyone gets satisfied and money back if we are most certainly in the wrong. I am truly sorry for the customer service. But we are trying!

Normally a great location, however I placed an order tonight about 45min before close and upon arrival I was told that they couldn’t make the pizza due to them closing within the hour (which I’ve never heard from this location before), but they still sent the notification that it was being prepared and charged my card. Instead of calling the number associated with the order they waited until I drove there to inform me. It’s a shame to see them follow suit of other restaurants and start closing earlier than scheduled. There were only two workers so I understand the urge to start closing early but it sucks when the customer has to pay the price for it. Especially when they had an easy opportunity to call me and tell me the truth; that they started closing earlier than regular and couldn’t accommodate my order. I use this Dominoes about 2-3 times a week. I’ll probably give them another shot later on but for now the Morgan Road Dominoes just a few miles farther is a good substitute. Plus bonus points for their drive thru window and helpful managers over there.Edit: After further review, I realized this location actually closes at 1am, not 12. This means I actually placed my order an hour and thirty minutes before closing. This entire ordeal has me very confused as to what’s going on behind the scenes. Management should be more clear and transparent, especially with their regulars.
