This is the first time I've ever eaten Dreamland, believe it or not, as much as I've eaten every barbecue place within a 50-mile radius, never a Dreamland. I did not have the barbecue, I had thought I was in the mood for barbecue chicken, I should have gotten the BBQ pork sandwich. The chicken was so dry, as if it was cooked the day before and reheated on the grill, essentially cooking what little moisture the refrigerator had left it with, completely out of it. We used DoorDash to deliver game day food. The ribs were good - the okra good, yet not hot. The nachos, - just NO. Get them only if eating in house. Soggy, with fatty chunks of pork. ?
I prefer my ribs without any sauce and our awesome server, Brian D. , made it happen. There was a big party on the other side of the restaurant and we were aware of it. But those ribs.....OMG DELICIOUS. The wait was worth every minute. Fried Green Tomatoes were on point as well. We will return and hopefully our guy Brian will be working! THANK YOU!!!
