I love this location!! The atmosphere and place was well clean. It was a light skin complexion young man that cooks the food and he was so polite and welcoming. He also made our food fresh. It was delicious! I would definitely come back to this store!!

The manager and workers are always so rude and make the drinks so poorly. I go here for convenience and now I’ll take the longer drive to go to another one…
My drink was made incorrectly, I requested it be made correctly and was cut off mid sentence for them to tell me my own drink incorrectly, overcharge me, snatch my drink from my hand, and still make my remake drink wrong.

We spent almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for a half dozen. There were maybe 5-6 cars in front of us. I figured since we just ordered donuts, as soon as we got to the window we’d be handed them but no, we waited almost five minutes after paying. We were also told one of the donuts we paid for wasn’t available anymore so we had to pick a new one. The donuts were delicious but I’m not sure I want to spend 30 minutes waiting for donuts again. Just not a well run store for being so brand new.

I go to this location 5 days a week and I loooove the staff, especially the two managers - one male and one female. They always remember my very specific coffee order and brighten my day + my coffee is always so good. I go to other locations sometimes when I’m not around but this locations customer service is top tier.

Personally, I don't eat a lot of donuts so when I get the urge to have one I always buy a dozen on my way to the gym, eat one and give the rest to the gym staff to devour lol.....not sure they have caught on as being my guinea pigs yet lol.... anyway, ;lets get to the review. I have been to both Dunkins on hwy 280, this one I think considered Meadowbrook and the one down the hwy eastbound which I guess is considered Birmingham This one is superior to the other one, so I have to guess they are two separate franchisees maybe. This is the best one. The staff is always smiling and welcoming, the cases always have fresh donuts to select from and the establishment is always bright and clean looking and you leave feeling appreciated. The one down the street on the other hand is dirty feeling and dingy, the staff usually are rude and uncaring and they never have a selection of fresh donuts so not sure how they stay in business. IF I NEED DONUTS? THIS IS THE LOCATION TO GET THEM in this area of town.

They did a great job making my hot cappuccino. The store was very clean and the employees were attentive. I also got an apple fritter and it was up to par.
Was really wanting to like this location, I made my concern known to the manager about the hot chocolate tasting like more water than chocolate….they continued getting it wrong…so I started ordering it with my favorite sweetener….guess they decided I didn’t need it, and they stopped putting it in with my hot chocolate. I think I will give up now,
If you are on 280, go to the location at Cahaba you will get better consistency….this location going forward will be a HARD PASS
