Called here to order for thanksgiving. I told her over the phone that was my reasoning. Instead of telling me they didn’t sell whole pound cakes or that I could just come in and get a Bundt cake. She actually took down my order had me pay over the phone. I was not expecting to get pre wrapped cakes that I could just get off the shelves. And the Asst. Manager comes out to tell me, we don’t sell whole pound cakes. IlIt takes 1 hr 28 mins to get to this location. I feel like I was robbed. I will certainly not be patronizing here again. Very disappointing during the holidays. Now I have to figure something else out with thanksgiving 2 days away.

If I order cheese straws in advance, they are obviously for an event. However I got broken cheese straws that were obviously just pulled from what was out. I hope my guest enjoy eating crumbs.

The coffee was cold. I ordered a child's breakfast and it was cold. It took 30 minutes to bring the food. My food was ready in the hot window, but oh, I waited for 25 to 30 minutes until someone brought it to the table. It was definitely my first and last time.

Edgar's never disappoints. The Strawberry cake is intense, only a small piece is needed, but the flavors are consistent, cake is moist, and it is dense without being heavy. Service is quick, and their are so many options to order ahead as well!
After many purchases and awesome service , we have had a bad experience here at Edgar’s. An order was placed and discussed in depth with Jordan, the cake decorator. We arrived to a very disappointing purchase. Our cake was decorated incorrectly and brownie/lemon squares were packaged incorrectly. The staff tried to correct and were very helpful but just not the Edgar experience we are accustomed too. This was for our daughter’s engagement party and an important purchase for us. I hope any future purchases are in the standard we are accustomed to when purchasing from Edgar’s.
