The ladies at the counter could be a little more friendly I come all the way from Tuscaloosa they just look at you when u walk up to order and I stand there until they say may I take your order …fix it please.. the fish is good that’s what I usually get but then they always act stingy with the hot sauce and this is every single time I come it’s always something with the hot sauce the lady gave me one pack of hot sauce I had three orders luckily I looked before I left out .. I love coming for the food but if the customer service doesn’t get better will take Buisness elsewhere

One of the best wing places in hoover. It was quiet, football game was playing on tv. The sauces were amazing for the wings.But definitely philly and gyro is also worth every penny. And they currently have this deal going on with catfish and porkchops. Will definitely be back.
When they first opened they were nice. The food was actually hot and they made sure I was satisfied with my order. The last 2 times I've went were no good. My chicken was hard and room temperature on one occasion. The second occasion which is this last time I went(yes I gave it another chance because anybody can have a bad day) they gave me a salad with nothing but shredded carrots. You literally couldn't see anything but carrots! I explained to them very politely I did not want so many carrots on my salad, and I also complained about the lack of any of the other ingredients i requested. In response to my complaint the young lady at the counter ignored Me completely, took my payment and told me good bye. I will not be going back ever again. Don't recommend. Customer service takes you a long way

The place is small but cozy, giving off major chill vibes. The wings were a flavor explosion, crispy and saucy, just how I like 'em. The Philly steak? Oh man, it was like a flavor party in my mouth! And they've got fish too, and it's surprisingly good! Plus, the staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. If you're after a laid-back spot with killer wings, Philly steak, and fish, this place is where it's at!
Visited Hotspot for their wings and Philly steak. The wings were outstanding, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The variety of sauces offered elevated the experience, and the option to have them separated kept everything fresh. As for the Philly steak, it was flavorful with tender meat and perfectly melted cheese, served in a toasted roll that added a nice crunch. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a great spot for delicious wings and Philly steak, highly recommended!

The food is incredible! However they don’t put any sort of tinfoil down on the styrofoam containers so it causes the hot food to melt the styrofoam and causes molten styrofoam to get on the food. This has happened every single time too. Food is great but I don’t want to consume styrofoam with my meal.

Remember when you were a kid and had played at the ball field or playground all day, and wanted nothing more than to just have a cheeseburger with your friends from the concession stand before going home? This ambiance is like that. Nothing super fancy, but hits the spot if you want a cheeseburger and some fries. Everything was cooked to order, served hot and quickly. The okra was large pieces fried when ordered, same with nearly everything else. Staff was also friendly. Plenty of drink and food options. We had three combos, all with drinks and spent only around $30.
Great hamburger and the chicken fingers were really good also. Definitely give it a shot if you like, I kind of food.

I tried the daily special of two fried catfish filets for 6.99. The catfish filets were very large. They were cooked to order so piping hot. For my side I ordered onion rings. The rings were a generous portion, and again fried-to-order so served piping hot. Kudos for hot food and large quantity. The ambiance and service is very simple. Counter order, self-service drink station, and bus you own table. My experience was okay, it is convenient and fast. But I don't think I would go out of my way to dine here.
