I received a call on Saturday about noon that they would be closed due to a watermain break and thus having no water service. Rescheduled for Sunday afternoon at 1:00 went for dinner but they were still closed. Sadly we were unable to eat there last weekend.

We ordered 10 oz. NY strip special. It looked more like 6 oz and it was not as tender as it should have been and also had one end that was about 2 inches that was uneatable. In all fairness we did not complain as we were in a hurry to leave. The rest of the meal was wonderful as most things are at this restaurant.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I took my mom out for her birthday & we enjoy the service, food, & atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. We didn't catch out waitress name but she was amazing. 10/10

Rachel was our server and she was great but we waited well over 30 minutes for our food after ordering. Food was good as usual but the wait for food was too long.

We had reservations for 7:45 on Saturday night. We arrived about 10 minutes early, and we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Dylan, did an excellent job taking care of us. One of the entrees we ordered was a seasonal special, and the manager came over to our table to let us know they had just ran out, and handled the switch seamlessly.
Madison was a great server that was very knowledgeable of the menu and selections. Timing for food delivery and order taking was phenomenal. Food was great. Lobster queso, bacon wrapped filets, au gratin potatoes, grilled carrots, key lime shrimp, mashed potatoes were fantastic. Best food we have had in a while!

We ordered the smoked wings for starters and the NY strip steak along with the sirloin.
The wings were $20 for about 10 small wings. They were delicious. After those we thought it would be great…
The steaks (both) came overcooked and not seasoned very well at all.. i added salt but there isn’t much you can do to an overcooked steak… Our sides were loaded baked potato that was good and cider slaw which was pretty good.
Our bill came $113…
We looked at the receipt and noticed they charged $14 for the salads that we thought came with the meal.
We spent a lot of time looking for the waitress..
I feel like I should be refunded or comped on this.
So let down today.

First time at firebirds and I ordered takeout for the baby back ribs… I’ve been craving them and nowhere in the Hoover area has baby backs, besides like Applebees and those are hit and miss. More miss than hit. I wasnt expecting much but I got so much more in flavor and tenderness! I’ll definitely get them again. Was alittle steep but quality deserves money. Also the vibe seems legit may have to dine in soon!
