This is the first time I have been in the new Hoover location since the Firehouse Subs at Patton Creek closed. Very clean, the staff is very friendly, but it can be a challenge to get in and out of the plaza due to the traffic. There was only one person in front of me in line. I was able to place my order to go fairly quickly. I sat down in the lobby and began my wait for my food. Which was a small Italian and a medium Hook & Ladder.
