The burger patties taste like they are filled with soy filler and came straight from the freezer to grill... Absolutely no taste! The fries were hot because I waited on them... I cannot recommend this place because for the money you have to pay the meat should be fresh and taste like meat... The staff were friendly and quick to help!

Walked in and was greeted by name because I had submitted an online order and the woman just knew because she’s that good. Food was hot and ready as soon as I got to the counter, store was clean, and the man I asked for a cup of bbq sauce made it immediately and with a smile. Fantastic all around

My daughter and I did a serve day project for The Church of the Highlands in Vestavia. We finished around 11:30 and I showed her one of our ADOT projects we are doing Vestavia then we drove down to the Hoover location of five guys. She loves cheeseburgers and their fries and shakes. Very consistent on quality and ingredients. We had a great time together. Always enjoy a five guys bacon cheeseburger!

I have eaten here twice. The first time was last week and it was fabulous!! Crispy delicious fries and burger!! The second time was a few days ago and it was 5/10. Soggy fries and soggy burger.
Terrible service from the managers. I approached the register, and they just kept talking. No one came over to help me. They were simply racist and grudgingly served me. I would never return.

My boyfriend and I went in wanting a regular fry and a milkshake. Unfortunately, their milkshake machine was broken, but we were for sure taken great care of by the staff for the next time we come! This staff made our inconvenience into a blessing tonight. Great service and staff 5 stars!
