My daughter and I did a serve day project for The Church of the Highlands in Vestavia. We finished around 11:30 and I showed her one of our ADOT projects we are doing Vestavia then we drove down to the Hoover location of five guys. She loves cheeseburgers and their fries and shakes. Very consistent on quality and ingredients. We had a great time together. Always enjoy a five guys bacon cheeseburger!

I have eaten here twice. The first time was last week and it was fabulous!! Crispy delicious fries and burger!! The second time was a few days ago and it was 5/10. Soggy fries and soggy burger.

Terrible service from the managers. I approached the register, and they just kept talking. No one came over to help me. They were simply racist and grudgingly served me. I would never return.

My boyfriend and I went in wanting a regular fry and a milkshake. Unfortunately, their milkshake machine was broken, but we were for sure taken great care of by the staff for the next time we come! This staff made our inconvenience into a blessing tonight. Great service and staff 5 stars!

First time eating here, and omg it was expensive for 1 meal. $20 like come on, but the burger was good including the fries just steep eating for a burger joint. I kept it plain, with a burger fry and drink. The place does need to be cleaned and tables wiped. Grill workers should wear hair nets of some sort.

The music was so loud that the customers who were dining in had to shout at each other in order to have a conversation while eating. Don’t understand what was happening with that, but I was not pleased at all. You need to fix that problem!
