I decided to go to this location cuz I noticed it had a drive-thru in the pictures and I haven't had 5guys in a while. THERE IS NO DRIVE-THRU IT'S BROKEN.. no big deal. I got out of the car. Listen. I didn't choose this place for a healthy meal but this Burger was excessively greasy. Drenched. It made me sick to my stomach. :/ it tasted good but I got sick later. And I'm accustomed to junk food. My mom and I went to eat at this location. When we walked in the door at least 3 employees said hello to us and welcomed us in. That was a lovely start to our visit. We went in and ordered, such a breeze. The sweet cashier handed us our drink cups and while we waited, I noticed everything was clean. There was a man sweeping and he was such a gentleman. Everything about our food was exactly as we expected it to be, absolutely delicious! The fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and with the right amount of grease on the soft inside. Our burgers were cooked to perfection. Both of us said, zero complaints. Thank y'all for a wonderful lunch in a clean restaurant.

Find the employees were really super nice I came in for a doordash order and I was like, hey you got any thing already hot and ready PetSmart that because you see I'm on an order and I didn't have time to order anything and they said no they don't have anything hot and ready because they make everything fresh and I thought well that's good ... So you know I didn't get to get anything that was really good to hear..... But the guy said hey I've got a little bit of fries that have just fallen to the bank do you want those, I mean they were so accommodating it was unbelievable. I'm coming back to this one for sure just because of the sheer kindness and hospitality.

Last 2 times we have gone have been awful. Ordered on website. 20 min wait at window. Ordered 2 reg fries...inedible....so salty, tasted like they were fried in old oil....if you charge 16 dollars for 25 cents worth of fried potatoes they should be right...just sayin...

It is wild to charge $1 for a small paper water cup when your cheeseburger is $12 and almost $6 for fries. I won’t be back. They keep raising prices because they are not “a fast food chain” and want to be a premium offering. I am sorry but you are a fast food chain.
