It is wild to charge $1 for a small paper water cup when your cheeseburger is $12 and almost $6 for fries. I won’t be back. They keep raising prices because they are not “a fast food chain” and want to be a premium offering. I am sorry but you are a fast food chain. Everything you do from a drive through window to serving burgers and fries is the exact description of a fast food chain. Below is a description of a fast food restaurant.

Extremely rude, lady caught an attitude with us,When ordering food the girl rolled her eyes multiple times and when we received our food , my order was wrong and I asked for it and she rolled her eyes again. After leaving the taller lady came outside and screamed at us to move the tables back. Being a manager at restaurant I’m genuinely appalled at this service. It’s your job to sweep and move tables and clean tables. We got our food of the table and left no trash. I want to speak to someone higher up , thank you

I actually lived in Winston Salem, NC when Five Guys came into existence when Wachovia Bank closed its home offices there and was consolidated with Wells Fargo I think it was down in Charlotte and 5 of the management, of whom some I actually knew personally, had created this franchises. Anyway, enough history and on to the review!! Typical fast food only with a higher price then most. The big thing when they started was the huge order of fries that came out with your burger, that obviously has been cut way back along with the free peanuts I guess. The prices seem to have gone way up, and the size of the burger seems to have been cut down in size. Maybe I am imagining that, but my eyes usually don't lie and I know my credit card bill doesn't lie lol.....this location is really hard to access and even when you get in parking is tough at times so I don't usually stop here unless I am with someone who just insists and then I do it for the company and appreciation for the person I am with and not the meal. Go up the street to The Craftburger, or Freddies Steakburger and you will be much better off. Actually you might even be better off at Whataburger now that they brought back the Mushroom and Swiss Burger. Sorry Five Guys, I have since lost touch with the couple owners I knew anyway long ago so won't even feel guilty.

RECOMMEND trying their burgers. I’ve ate at many different locations back in San Diego, CA, and this place is exceptionally decent. Their prices kind of jumped, but it’s worth a shot.

Not enough tables. Food was delicious. This is the place to go if you want a good hamburger. Pricy though. But is 100% worth it. The fries with vinegar are the best. Eat some peanuts while you wait on food.
