I feel like 5 guys is now an Ubereats only place. The food is really good. Burgers are solid and the fries are beyond plentiful.Prices are getting a little high, but this place is good.

Been a fan of Five Guys for years, and this location did not disappoint. Nice little patio out front for when the weather's good, and a drive through on the side. Busy, but not packed, at lunchtime on a Saturday. Staff were friendly and helpful.Ordered a bacon cheesburger (which is a double) with grilled onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo; a little hamburger (one patty) with A1 sauce; a small fry; and oreo and vanilla milkshakes. All were excellent! Their fries deservedly have a great reputation, but their shakes have become one of my favorites among fast food places, too.

I picked up a burger and fries for my husband and he really enjoyed it. I can't speak personally for the food but the kids working here are very friendly and helpful.I do wish the access to and from 280 were a little easier in both directions.

The staff was extremely impolite. Upon realizing my order was wrong, I called to inform them, enduring a 30-minute hold. Despite multiple call attempts later, the phone remained off the hook for over 20 minutes. Upon returning to the restaurant for a replacement, the manager interrogated me about the incorrect order I returned, offering no apology. To make matters worse, the replacement order was also incorrect.

The hamburgers are fantastic. Better than any place I can think of. But the fries are super oily, limp and over-salted. But paying $19 for a SMALL cheeseburger, small fries and a medium drink is a joke. Plus the location is horrible. Almost impossible to find the entrance. No thanks!

After watching a review of several burgers on YouTube I was inspired to eat here again and it didn't disappoint. The review was pointing out why they're seemingly so expensive for such a simple burger and fries. It's because everything is fresh and real, never frozen or artificial.
Was rang up wrong causing my one cheeseburger and fries to be 20$ and um there were bugs living in my napkin and the napkin holder. They need to realize that 6$ for a small fry is really ridiculous.

There is an order ahead option online or in the app. What’s the point in ordering ahead if the app says it will be ready in 5-10 minutes? I wait 10 minutes and go to the store where I’m told it will be 10 additional minutes before my food is ready “because there were other customers”. It was after 1 pm and the store was not that busy. Please work on your time estimates. Very disappointed in this service.

Well this was my first time ever stepping foot into a Five Guys in my life. Wow what a place. Everyone I interacted with during the day was professional but very personable. Top to bottom the place is spotless. Bathrooms are about as clean as it gets. Let’s talk about the food. So good. If you out for lunch and need a place to go this is it. Hands down the best burger and fry joint in business today!

Best fast-casual burgers in town! Everything is cooked to order, so it's not "fast food," but it's absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked smash burgers with a long list of available toppings that you can customize your burger with. Oh, and the buns- they're one of the best I've ever had. A little sweet and perfectly pillowy. Get the fries Cajun style if you like them salty and spicy!
