Was a smash burger basically. Not horrible not great. Stick fries like Steak And Shake. I've had way better. This is just my opinion. Others usually love the place

Th burgers are great, the ice cream portions are pathetic for the price and aren't very special as far as flavor either. I'd go to DQ before here for ice cream or shakes tbh.

Went this past Saturday and food was great as usual. The issue we experienced is the unprofessional, uninviting, rude, worst attitude ever from the person working the register. Heavy set woman with red dreads(I think a manager) was the worst. Didn't greet us and seems to be mad at the world. It was not just us that noticed it. Everyone she came in contact with she was rude to. While we sat and ate they finally put someone else on the register.

The burgers and fries were great. Cheese curds were pretty tasty. Took a little longer than I like to get them served up. The nice lady that took my order was cool. Everyone watch your step if you are dining in. The floor seems greasy or slick. Someone might fall!

It was just okay. The onion rings were too greasy and not crunchy enough. The service took forever. The chicken sandwich was nothing special.

I just had my first experience at Freddy's. I brought my son here today for his 16th birthday it was his choice so I tried it. I met the cashier Daniel and told him this is our first time eating there and I want a good Freddy's experience. We'll needless to say, Jace over heard us and gave us 5 star treatment. Daniel and Jace were awesome. We enjoyed the entire experience and we will be back.

My experiences have been great. It is obvious to me that the employees have been trained to be focused on courteousness ,friendliness and respect. Dining areas are kept clean.

This location has unfortunately become known for its long wait times. During my recent visit, I was told there was a 45-minute wait for food inside, even though the drive-thru, while moving slowly, wasn’t overly backed up. The dining room was full, so I asked if there were any issues in the kitchen but didn’t receive a clear answer—just that the wait was long. That suggests a possible staffing or operational problem.

What makes this more concerning is that a Chick-fil-A is located right next door—a brand known for its speed, organization, and consistent service, even during rush periods. With such a clear example of efficient fast food operations so close by, this location really should consider reevaluating how it handles peak volume.

I don’t normally complain about occasional mistakes—it’s fast food, and those things happen. But long delays like this make the “fast” in fast food feel misleading. Even many sit-down restaurants don’t have 45-minute waits. If delays like this are becoming the norm, it’s time to look seriously at staffing levels and order flow management.

The food is worth the price. Whatever product used to mop the floor leaves the floor slippery. We were not the only customers sliding around.
